About the teacher: YORGO is a Belgian, Greek and Italian film director, writer, producer, actor and creator of the Award Winning LGBTQI+ short film Trigger. Yorgo started his artistic journey at 14 years old acting in theatres in Belgium where he was born. Aspiring for an international career, he moved to London in 2014 and joined the cast of the Immersive project The Den created by the BAFTA-winning director Gbemisola Ikumelo. Following that, he starred in several short films and features ( Remi Milligan: Lost Director, The Adopters, Amazon Prime Naanum Single Thaan). His passion for filmmaking started in 2020 when he wrote scenes for his own acting showreel. Lacking of authentic on screen representation and a desire of using his voice to raise awareness about a past traumatic event, he created the short film Trigger which was nominated in British and International LGBTQI+ festivals and won the award of Best International Short Film at the Fuse International Film Festival in Kingston ( UK/2022). The film is distributed worldwide by Gonella Productions and is available on Amazon Prime UK & US as part of These Untold Secrets. Recently, his short docuseries Well Proud directed and produced for Metro Charity (UK) was nominated for Best Community Short Film at the BAFTA Qualifying Iris Prize Film Festival in Cardiff (UK/2023). In the past 2 years, Yorgo has directed and co-produced 3 narrative short films and a short docu series and he is currently in development of his first feature film.

My class will be a way for students who either have little to no experience or a lot and create work that resonates with them and o just have fun and enjoy the art world without being held behind ''perfection''. I will cover many facets of art such as painting (acrylic, oils and mainly water colour) as well as sketching and colouring, as well as photography and how we are able to capture an idea in a photograph.

I have 9 years experience in teaching international students violin and theory to beginners, amateurs and advanced students. I can prepare for concerts, graduation, competitions and admission exams or just to learn their favorite songs. One of my goals is the students to love violin and music, to help the students to improve technically, the hard things to become easier, feel music much better and deeper. Mia is a Montenegrin violinist. She has traveled the world, starting with studies at the University of Music in Montenegro, to China, at the Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing. She was a member of the National Symphony Orchestra of Montenegro, but her desire for discovery took her to other spheres. In the meantime, during her studies in Montenegro, she was invited to participate several times in the Young Euro Classic Orchestra, playing at the Berlin Konzerthaus, with renowned musicians like: Liana Issakadze, Heinrich Schiff, Anreas Reiner. In 2014, she met her teacher Anton Martynov who gave her many opportunities to develop as a violinist, in Paris in France and recently in Belgium. In 2023 she obtained another Master Didactique in Royal Conservatory in Mons, Belgium.
