I am a qualified jazz guitarist with a master’s degree in jazz guitar and a bachelor’s degree in jazz guitar pedagogy, with an additional specialization in classical guitar.

I can teach you different genres of music from classical, jazz, pop to funk and rock.

I have many experiences playing in bands which we can also discuss.

I have two years of experience teaching in a private school with children to also adults.

- I like to teach my students what they like, which means not forcing them into music they don’t listen to
- I like to make music with my students so I always involve the in playing together, because music should be a mutual gathering and not only playing alone.
- I like to involve situations from experiences meaning how to react if you play guitar in a band of in a ensemble.
- I try different approaches to how to learn music theory so it’s not boring for the student. ( which depends on the age of course)

Help with the preparation of exams. The goal is to advance the student without overload and tension. The homework will be regular after each lesson.

My courses are aimed for amateurs and / or professionals wishing to improve their level in solfège, music theory, piano and improvisation.

After a first meeting with the student, and after a short audition and discussion, we can develop a work plan that can help him accomplish his goal in the most effective way possible.

We will cross a simple and practical route.
I give lessons in:

1 - Musical theory
- All the basics of music theory
- Contemporary writings
- Contemporary notation, film music

2 - Solfeggio:
- Spoken music theory (treble clef, bass clef)
- Sung music theory (treble clef)
- Musical dictation (one voice or two)

3 - Harmony:
- Harmonic analysis
- Harmonic writing (4 voice choir SATB)

La théorie musicale est la façon dont les musiciens expliquent et décrivent un phénomène musical dans une composition. La théorie musicale définit les aspects fondamentaux de la musique, et fournit aux musiciens un système pour communiquer leurs idées l'un à l'autre.

The student chooses his learning method!
There are several methods for learning the piano and depending on the desire and the objective of the student, we will manage to fix our method of lessons together.
I use a classic method for a solid academic training divided between minutes of music theory which will be translated into practical exercises when arriving at a recognized piece to synthesize.
The second consists of learning the pieces directly without going through the academic phase and without going into too much detail.
With my punctuality and my sense of creativity as well as your motivation and commitment we can create real artists.

I have several methods and exercises to teach. I am especially listening to all your proposals to discover many styles.
Classes for beginners generally run very smoothly. Indeed, I am able to make things easier for you by showing you exactly what you need to learn the basics.
The exercises are generally within reach and require a little daily effort to get them done.
My lessons are mainly aimed at beginners who want to perfect their playing styles.
