AS/A Level/ Undergraduate/ Legal Practice Course/ LAW

The academic Law syllabus can be complex, critical and overloaded but one of the most rewarding qualifications you can receive. Not only will it make you change the way you think about life, but it provides you with endless opportunities to progress and excel in a wide range of fields/careers. Studying Law should not be as 'traditional' as once thought, but should be practical, fun, engaging and challenging. I can help break down complex material into manageable chunks, with fun and motivational activities. My goal is to not only assist with the theory of law itself, but to teach my students how to articulate their communication and writing skills to flaunt the theory in which they have learnt.

Academically I have gained an A Level in Law, a First Class Honours Law degree and a Distinction in the Postgraduate Legal Practice Course (LPC). From a practical perspective I have over three years' experience working in a commercial law firm and have taught A Level law for the past two years. I love helping others of all abilities and look forward to helping you progress with your legal qualification/career.

Private lessons in constitutional and civil law
Constitutional law is the fundamental subject of any student beginning to study law. What is more, in today's society an understanding of constitutional law is essential in order to understand the entry into force of a law, its adoption, its control against the Constitution, etc. As such, the example of the law for the health pass is a great example. The Fourth and Fifth French Republic, the 1958 Constitution, the institutional history of Charles de GAULLE and the process of adoption of a law, control of the law by the Constitutional Council are all chapters that will be discussed. Civil law is the second fundamental subject in the first year of law. It is about the law of everyday life, much less based on general culture and history. Marriage, divorce, change of first and last name, filiation, matrimonial regimes are some of the many concepts discussed.

Melissa
Organization of revisions / Personalized planning - Right L1 to M2
This course is for students who do not know how to organize themselves in their workloads, who feel drowned and do not know where to start, or how. They are also intended for students who wish to improve or set up a work schedule. I propose ; - take stock of your organization - to give you personalized advice to improve your revisions - to explain to you how to make your files, if it turns out to be useful in your case (it is not an obligation to learn well!) - to offer you a personalized schedule according to your schedule and your way of working, while respecting your rhythm. We take 1 hour together to take stock - then 2 hours later on average I provide you with a report and a personalized schedule. About me : Young lawyer (3 years of experience), I explain the law as I would have liked to have been taught to me when I was a student: in a simple, enlightened and rigorous way. I emphasize the method and the thinking of my students. I hold a Master 2 in real estate law, two Masters (urban planning and private litigation) and a License. Before that, I obtained my literary baccalaureate, English specialty (promotion majore). I studied at the faculty of Caen, and I obtained my M2 in Brest, with honors. I have a mixed profile, and I can therefore intervene in both Private and Public Law. I can suggest my learning method if it turns out to be applicable to you. I propose another course, where we work in a more traditional way the course points and the application of the methods (see on my profile). See you soon

Law course for first year undergraduate students
Currently in final internship of the Master 2 of international law and European legal trilingual course of the city of Nantes, I do this internship at the UN in the control unit of drugs and crime prevention, Vienna, Austria. Also graduated from a Master 1 of private law, another of criminal law, I know that law is a difficult subject to apprehend for a first year. However, with a little rigor, patience and support, it can very quickly become a part of pleasure as it has become for me. I therefore offer my help for first year courses, whether in methodology or to understand legal concepts.

Lydia
Law courses, general culture and secondary homework help at the University
Doctorate in public law, graduate of the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne. As an associate lecturer, for more than twenty years, I have taught lectures and tutorials in various disciplines of public law (methodology, constitutional law, administrative law, public freedoms, community law, European law, administrative institutions , etc…) to a panel of students from L1, L2, L3, M1, M2. My responsibilities as a teacher at the University led me, in addition to giving courses, to ensure the proper organization of exams (by producing subjects) and the correction of tests, while participating in the juries. Also having a master's degree in international relations, I gave lectures in a second year Master of Political Science in general culture, political science and geopolitics. Teacher and attentive, I consider that everything is a question of method followed by acquiring knowledge and applying it. The support must be done step by step in a spirit of rigor and excellence, a guarantee of success in the competitive examinations of the grandes écoles and higher studies. My command of English also leads me to ensure a complete education meeting the requirements of competitiveness in a globalized knowledge economy.
