Personal Training Lessons: To reach your maximum potential!
A personal training lesson involves a one-on-one or small group training session with a fitness instructor. The goal of the lesson is to help the participant(s) reach their fitness goals through personalized exercises and guidance. I'm a physiotherapist, dancer and Pilates Instructor. In 2021 I got the Therapeutic Pilates Expert Instructor Certification with TMO. I’ve trained in Matwork Training, Pilates Studio (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrel), Pre and Postnatal Pilates Training, and scoliosis treatment with Therapeutic Pilates. I have more than two years of experience working as a physiotherapist and certified Pilates trainer, and in 2021 I also received the Hypopressive RSF Level 1 Instructor Certification. I finished my studies at the University in 2020, and I’ve been working as physiotherapist and Pilates trainer since then. As a dancer, I’ve been training my body all my life, so while I was studying, I got the Major in Physiotherapy, Physical Activity and Sport. Pilates is a whole body health practice focus on improving flexibilty, strength and body awereness, with an emphasis on core strength. Can anyone do Pilates? Yes. Pilates practice can be modified to provide either a gentle strength training program or a challenging workout. As a physiotherapist, I will assess the needs of each student on the first day of class, in order to establish an individualized and appropriate program for each person's abilities.
