Private Yoga classes (Iyengar, Vinyasa, Sivananda, Ashtanga) at homeHaving 20+ years of experience, I am interested in sharing my knowledge of yoga and the benefits of Reiki (energy harmonization) with everyone. I was trained in India where I lived for several years (Iyengar, Sivananda). Iyengar's individual approach allows you to work the postures accurately using the breath, without hurting yourself, learning to listen to him. I currently practice dynamic yoga based on a series of postures by consciously breathing that allows the mind to gradually let go.
Private lessons allow you to establish a personal practice program. After a first interview, during which your motivations and needs are studied, you will leave with a personalized session to practice at home autonomously. I establish and guide a practice that will be reevaluated and intensified gradually by integrating reflexology and Reiki (energy harmonization) during each course.
Private lessons can be done at the teacher's home or in English or in French.

The first lesson is always an assessment of the student level and the discussion of the main concentration points, particular problems, expectations etc. to benefit the most from the following course.
For mathematics and English courses, I first explain the general concepts and the theory, after which we work together on the examples. Whenever possible, I try to give students a small homework assignment.
As for the dance, the class starts with the warming up of the body, which depends on the personal predispositions of the pupil-one practices special steps, choreographs, improvises, stretches, etc. As a dancer, I am professionally doing contemporary dance but I mix different styles: I also dance hip-hop and breakdance, I train in ballet to always keep, I have experience in oriental dance , which interests me a lot: I am then at your disposal if it is the choice of style!

They can learn Popping and Boogaloo, and some Locking also. My dance teachers are "Popin' Pete," and "Suga Pop," dancers of reknown, who also taught Michael Jackson how to do this style of dance.

I've lived and studied in the US (NY) and Canada (Victoria), fluent in English. I did my RYT200 in Hawaii with a yoga school from Ojai, California ;D. I did another yoga training to better my knowledge and teaching skills with a yoga school in Hiroo, Tokyo.
My yoga style is Hatha based/flow yoga/stretching yoga/relax yoga/pelvis adjustment yoga, but I'm open to requests ;). I regularly teach at a yoga studio and at a Japanese gym chain OASIS.
