Acerca de mí

Seit 2012 bin ich als Lehrer für Klavier, Musikproduktion, Theorie und Bandcoaching an privaten und öffentlichen Musikschulen tätig und konnte mit unzähligen Schülerinnen und Schülern von jung bis alt zusammenarbeiten. Dabei lernte ich auf jeden Schüler unterschiedlich einzugehen, denn niemand lernt gleich. Meine jüngsten Schüler profitieren dadurch auch in der Schule und sind meist im Musikunterricht den Klassenkameraden voraus. Um so mehr freue ich mich, dass sich meine Begeisterung für die Musik auf meine Schüler überträgt.
Da ich mir selbst keinen Genre-Stempel aufdrücken will und mit einer Menge an verschiedenen Musikern im Laufe der Jahre zusammen gearbeitet habe, eignete ich mir über die Jahre ein breites Spektrum an Stilistiken an.

The most important matter that I could write here about is my passion to teach. I've been teaching already for more than 10 years, from kids to adults. I'm a classical pianist, but I am opened to other musical styles. What I want you to get from your lessons with me, is not only a huge knowledge of theorical stuff or a great technique, I would like to show you my musical world, the imagination and inner exploration that is required to understand and to love music in a whole new level. Once you have found them, it will be very hard to quit playing!

At my studio my students will not only learn how to play the piano, but they will receive a complete musical education in order to achieve their musical dreams. I will give all my best so everybody will get the tools for developing their own voice, helping them to master the instrument and teaching them all the theoretical knowledge they’ll need to make their particular personality shine. Openness, joy, dedication, creativity and passion for music are some of the things that you will find in the international environment of my studio. I care about who my students are and what they have to say to the world, and I will help them to develop it from the very first lesson.

In my class you will not only be able to receive piano lessons but also will learn to understand how the music works as a language. If the interest and the profile of the student goes in the direction of the purely classical music performance, the lessons will be focused on a deep and conscious piano technique development, practicing techniques, musical interpretation, history of music, history of the piano, applied harmony on the keyboard, analysis, and score reading by a method that I have developed for over 15 years of experience. And if the students wish, I can help them to prepare for the ABRSM exams and competitions as well. All this is aiming to achieve in a very practical and exciting experience the best results in the fastest way possible. But if the profile and the interests of the students goes on another way, I will give them all the tools they need to understand the language of music in depth, so they can find their own voice on the instrument. In that case the lessons will include contents of piano technique, score reading, applied harmony on the keyboard, composition, improvisation, musical arrangement, music production, recording techniques, jazz and pop music analysis and performance. Both programs can be combined depending on the focus and the profile of the student, or in case the student would like to go deeper in one of the previously mentioned subjects there is the opportunity to take an independent course of specialization on the desired topic. At the end of the semester every student will perform at the winter and summer concerts held every year and will have the possibility of making a recording session with the material worked during the term. With this, the student will not only be able to see his progress and work, but also will give him a direct experience of performing and working on a live or studio recording session, which is a fundamental part of the developing process of every musician.

Dieser Kurs führt in die Grundlagen der Filmmusik ein und zeigt, wie Musik in Film und Fernsehen Geschichte, Emotionen und Erzählstruktur prägt. Die Teilnehmenden lernen, wie sie Bilder musikalisch untermalen und bewegen können, und erkunden dabei Timing, Stimmung, Thema und Struktur. Der Unterricht ist auf die Interessen und das Niveau jedes Teilnehmenden zugeschnitten – vom absoluten Anfänger bis zum fortgeschrittenen Komponisten – und kann sich auf elektronische, orchestrale oder hybride Ansätze konzentrieren.

Der Kurs beinhaltet auch die Analyse und Dekonstruktion bestehender Filmmusiken, um Kompositionstechniken und Erzählstrategien zu verstehen. Die Studierenden lernen, ihre digitale Audio-Workstation für die Filmmusik einzurichten und zu optimieren, persönliche kreative Ziele zu definieren und mit branchenüblichen Orchester-Sample-Libraries und Synthesizern wie Spitfire Audio, Orchestral Tools und Cinematic Studio Series zu arbeiten. Für praktische Übungen zur Filmmusik können Filme mit Sounddesign, aber ohne Musik, zur Verfügung gestellt werden, um direkte Arbeitserfahrung mit dem Bild zu ermöglichen.

In my lessons, we work deeply on harmonic analysis, counterpoint, and musical structure across the full spectrum of academic music from all historical periods, as well as jazz and popular music. A central pillar of the classes is the analysis of composers, which we approach as an essential tool for understanding musical language and developing a personal creative voice. Depending on the student’s interests, analysis may range from Mozart to Debussy, or from Beethoven to Bartók, among many others.
A strong emphasis is placed on counterpoint from all historical periods. I assist students with conservatory-level exercises, and we study contrapuntal techniques through the analysis and practice of Bach’s inventions and fugues, Renaissance counterpoint, and 20th-century contrapuntal approaches.
In composition classes, the content is fully adapted to the student’s creative needs and goals. The focus is on developing practical creative tools that support original thinking, with the clear objective of composing original pieces of short, medium, and long duration, tailored to each student’s artistic direction.
For orchestration, we explore writing techniques for a wide range of ensembles, including chamber music, full orchestra, and popular music formations such as quartets, quintets, big band, and tango orchestras. Particular attention is given to instrumental color, balance, articulation, and idiomatic writing.
As an Argentinian composer and educator, I offer a specialized perspective on tango, including in-depth analysis of composers such as Astor Piazzolla, as well as composition and orchestration techniques related to tango. Due to the geographical and cultural proximity, I also offer classes focused on Bossa Nova, exploring its harmonic language, rhythmic structures, and stylistic characteristics.
Lessons are suitable for students at different levels, from beginners to advanced musicians, and are tailored to individual academic, professional, or creative goals.
