I am a student studying classical piano at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam. I graduated from the Yehudi Menuhin School in England. I can help students with their piano exams, theory exams. I also have experience teaching beginner students. My goal is to inspire people with music so that they find joy in playing an instrument and in the lessons. I also aim to make every student coming out of the lesson to feel motivated to practice and want to do their best.

I am a professional pianist offering private piano and theory lessons to students of all levels. As a pianist 12 years of teaching experience and over 21 years of playing, I enjoy motivating my students with music of their own preferred style and interest, whether that be classical or contemporary. My main goal is to promote a positive experience and love for music-making during the course of learning piano. If the student is interested in a more serious approach, I can also guide preparation for grades 1-8 of the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) exams. I also have successful experience preparing students for entrance to conservatory and for various competitions. Recently, my students have achieved highest marks in the ABRSM exams as well as prizes in competitions. We also have a class concert for interested students twice per year. I am happy working in both a relaxed and serious approach, we simply need to discuss the objectives of the student. My own studies are as follows: I have obtained two postgraduate degrees at the Royal Conservatory of Antwerp: "Concertsoloist" in Piano Performance and "Chamber Music." Prior to this, I received my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Piano Performance/Music from University of Minnesota and TCU-Fort Worth, TX, USA. My experience includes collaboration with many different instrumentalists and singers, performing as soloist with orchestra (also as harpist), and receiving top prizes in several competitions. While maintaining my performance and recording career in Belgium at present, I am developing my private music studio and look forward to meeting new students.

I am a Vietnamese pianist and I would love to share nice music to you with a friendly environment. I have finished my Master in piano specialisation in Royal Conservatory of Liège, and now I'm following piano accompaniment in Royal Conservatory of Brussels. Giving concerts, making some recording, working in both classical and contemporary music, and with more than 10 years of experience in teaching, I would be happy to share all my knowledge and enjoy the music together!

I teach for all levels, from children starting from zero to students who want to prepare certifications at the Conservatories, passing through amateurs or simply curious of any age. After having agreed on the pieces / songs to be worked on, the relevant score is shared and given at the lesson. The teacher goes through it, while he also plays it live to the pupil for even more reach. He then explains what needs to be clarified in order to prepare any homework. Finally, Alex creates a video tutorial about the piece or song that needs to be learned for the next lesson. This gives extra support when practising at home, in order to avoid any doubt and keep motivation up. A report is then created to keep track of what has been done as well as what needs to be worked on, in order to unlock technical requirements and complete a specific repertoire in a constructive and efficient way. Alex teaches in Rotterdam at home or at the pupil's own location ; lessons are in Dutch, English or French, for all ages and levels. The teacher mainly gives live lessons, where he works with his pupils on specific material (technique and repertoire). If for any reason a live lesson can't take place, it is of course possible to follow an online lesson. Lessons last 30 minutes or 45 minutes, weekly or biweekly.

I teach you to read the scores with your voice. We are going to learn to sing scales, arpeggios and intervals, and to identify them on the staff to read them. We will also see what is the key signature, the tones and the modes. As everything is sung, we will detach the two mechanisms: the chest voice and the head voice, and we will tune the ear.

I have a master degree in music composition at the Royal Conservatoire Den Haag. I have been working in music composition for 10 year. My goal is to make people of all ages and levels learn not only playing an instrument but how can music help them in their everyday life. I am an Albanian violinist, with a Bachelor degree in Classical Music (Violin) and Musicologie in Sorbonne University. Over the years, my experiences with different youth and professional orchestras all around Europe have made me understand that music is important not only for professional musicians but also for everyone. I can teach in English or French and of course in my mother tongue Albanian.
