My name is Dario. I’m from Utrera (Sevilla) and I’m cajón flamenco teacher. I would like to share with you my experience as a flamenco musician where I’ve played with differents artists (Israel Galván, Melchor de Marchena, Concha Buika) in Flamenco Bienal (Seville) or Gnawa and World Music Festival (Essaouira). I’ve created my own cajón flamenco method. I’d like to show you the flamenco base so you can know this art completly. If you have any doubt you can write to me! I love sharing knowledge about music and art.

I'm from Utrera a flamenco cradle. I've played flamenco since I was a kid. I've played with many flamenco artists. I would like to talk about music and art. I reckon that flamenco is an Universal Art and you can learn it. I feel that my main goal is to have fun and love for the art.

I gave flamenco lessons in San Sebastian (Spain), Málaga (Spain), Jaen (Spain), Sevilla (Spain), Madrid (Spain), Bayona (France)... I've played with different flamenco artists in some importante places like Flamenco Bienal (Sevilla), Jazz Festival (Oporto), World Music Festival (Essaouira - Marrakech) or Flamenco Festival (Utrera).

BIOGRAPHY:
Inor is one of those eclectic and strict Cuban musicians who add soul to any musical universe with percussion.
Born in Cuba, he studied at the "Manuel Saumell" Academy and at the prestigious Cuban conservatory "Amadeo Roldán" in Havana.
He quickly began playing with Cuban artists such as the "Enrique Jorrín" Orchestra, Rubén González, Pablo Milanés, Silvio Rodríguez, José M. Vitier, José Luis Quintana "Changuito", Tata Güines, Miguel "Angá" Díaz, Orlando "Maraca" Valle and with Ernán López-Nussa's 4tet he performed in renowned venues around the world.
Numerous events in Havana made him collaborate with Michel Camillo, Dave Koz, N'Dea Davenport, Me'shell Ndegeocello, Montell Jordan, Bonnie Raitt, Paddy Maloney, Luis Eduardo Aute, Carlos Benavent, Sabine Hettlich, etc.

Inor moved to France in 2001 and has played with many artists such as Andy Narell, Deep Forest, Zucchero, Omar Sosa, Mory Kanté, Manu Dibango, Paco Sery, Mokhtar Samba, Emilio Santiago, Ramiro Musotto, Elza Soares, Chano Dominguez, Mayra Andrade, Fabiana Cozza, Marcio Faraco, Orquestra do Fubá, David Sanchez, Roberto Fonseca, Caratini Jazz Ensemble, Roberto Alagna, Daniela Mercury, Carlinhos Brown, Michel Fugain, Yilian Cañizares, Catherine Ringer, Lorie, Oum, WDR Big Band, Les Amazones d'Afrique, Souad Massi, Pascal Obispo and many others.

Additionally, nominated for a Latin Grammy in 2016, his skills are constantly evolving.

My approach as a teacher is based on a simple yet essential idea: every student is unique. That's why I design each class taking into account your level, interests, and goals. Whether you're starting from scratch or looking to refine your technique, I adapt the content so you learn in an enjoyable and meaningful way.

In the area of drums, I'll guide you from the fundamentals, such as posture, stick grip, and reading rhythmic scores, to rhythms and styles that inspire you: rock, pop, funk, jazz, Latin, and many more. If you already have experience, we'll delve deeper into technique, independence, complex grooves, and creative fills, always with room to explore your favorite musical influences.

If classical percussion is your thing, you'll find a specialized space where we'll work on technique and repertoire on marimba, snare drum, timpani, vibraphone and multi-percussion.

And to give you a solid foundation to support your practice, I offer applied music theory classes. Far from being boring, we approach it practically: rhythmic and melodic reading, harmony, ear training... All geared towards helping you understand and enjoy the music you play more, whether for composing or performing in a group.
