I specialize in tutoring Mathematics and English for school and the SAT, GED exams.

My goal is to help students understand the basics and work around problem areas they have in Mathematics. By teaching the meaning behind formula's and reasons for methods up until the correct solution is given. I find it is important to grasp an understanding and improve the learners understanding of the material. Working with numbers is very easy for me, as I have a distinction in mathematics on my High-School certificate and have passed university level mathematics. This will help me to explain why each process has to be done in solving any question/problem.

In my English lessons, I teach proper grammar balanced with vocabulary. Teaching the importance of the different sounds in the English language to help with reading and writing skills. Once these are obtained then the next step is teaching how to hold conversation in English. I am also qualified to teach formal-business type English for anyone who needs to use English in a professional environment.
