About me: My name is Carolina and I am a classical guitarist. I am from Spain and currently based in The Hague. In 2022 I obtained my Masters degree in Classical Guitar Soloist Performance at the Royal Conservatory of The Hague. During my career, I have performed concerts as a soloist and in ensembles in several venues in Europe. In parallel to my career as a performer, I have been giving private lessons to children and adults for 5 years. As a teacher, I always adapt to the needs and demands of each student. My priority is that, at the same time as they learn and get the necessary tools to understand music, they have a pleasant and enjoyable time. About the lessons: My approach to teaching depends on each student's preference. Thus, depending on the style they want to learn, I prepare the appropriate material (classical pieces, popular pieces and/or songs) based on the student's skills. I started taking violin lessons at the age of 7. After years of training I am currently continuing my violin studies at Utrecht Conservatory. I have also attended music theory class for 6 years, because it is very useful to have some knowledge of it when playing any instrument. If you would like, I would be more than happy to share some knowledge of music theory along with the violin lessons. Lessons are private and not in groups.

The class is for: - beginners who want to start their journey in music - intermediary musicians who wish to improve their skills - for highly educated musicians who want to perfect their knowledge. The class includes songwriting skills in POP, ROCK, JAZZ and many other styles of popular music as well as compositional skills in writing CLASSICAL, FILM, THEATER music. I specialize in both popular music and classical music. The class includes both theoretic knowledge and its practical application with students instrument of choice. The class also includes skills in guitar, piano and percussion playing.

There are two grand pianos at the location in Den Haag. There will be enough distance between the student and the teacher. For children, it is important to develop basic musical skills through Singing, Rythmique, and Ear training besides piano playing. I use one technical exercise book, the main textbook, and a theory book. Through these 3 books, students learn different aspects of music and they naturally get ready for exams and grades. After acquiring basic skills, students study Harmony and Chord exercise too. These are useful for playing pops and jazz, and they obtain a deeper understanding of classical pieces too. Private Piano lesson, from age 4 above. Children can start the lesson after being able to read the number from 1 to 5 and the alphabet from A to G. Advanced students who want to prepare for competitions, auditions, ABRSM, GCSE, IB exams, or the entrance exam of the conservatory. The concert is held annually together with students of flute, violin, and composition teachers. For the age 1-7 years, I have group Rhythmique lessons.

Enthusiastic guitar tutor and performer. I started playing classical guitar at the age of 6, and my formal musical education began at the age of 9 when I started attending a music school in Croatia. After 6 years of primary school, I continued studying classical guitar at a secondary music school in Varazdin, Croatia. During that period I received training in classical harmony, Counterpoint (polyphony), Solfeggio, Music history and gained plenty of experience in orchestral playing and choral singing. I decided to continue my musical education in Manchester where I was studying for an undergraduate degree at the Royal Northern College of Music and currently I am studying at the Royal Conservatoire in the Hague. As a performing guitarist, I have successfully participated and won prizes in a number of international competitions in the UK, Italy, Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia and Hercegovina. Although my studies are primarily related to classical music, I am comfortable playing and performing music in a range of other styles and genres. I am also experienced with mandolin and Croatian folk instrument called tamburitza.

Hi! I am Elsa, I am 22 and I come from France. I am currently in my 4th year bachelor at the Royal Conservatoire of The Hague. I have been playing cello for 18 years and teaching children, teenagers and adults for 5 years. Over the years I played in various settings: chamber music, bands, solo and orchestras such as Njo and Jong Metropole. I am grateful for all the experiences I had with my students! My goal as a teacher is to help you realize your musical wishes: I can adapt to all levels, all genres and tastes, all ages and background. Bassoon lessons: In this lessons you will be able to learn how to play the bassoon, to blow and tune, to play in groups, understand the harmonic and melodic system of the interpretation of the different music styles. You will be able to learn how to make your own reeds and how to repair them. Duration of the lesson is generally 60 minutes, but it can be always the student`s choice. The dynamics of the classes is focused on the interpretation and musical understanding, as well as the elaboration and maintenance of reeds, all looking for a positive, dynamic and fun environment. Music Theory lessons: Here you will be able to learn how to understand the composers and their music; historical and theorical reasons of why music is written in different ways during the evolution of music history. You will be also able to learn how to read and sing music. Composition skills are also available. The duration of the lesson is under choice. Both bassoon an music theory lessons can be combined.

Learning to read musical notes and get to know music in a fun way. This lesson is determined by the need and age group of the student - from musical games and music appreciation and beginner note reading and music-making, to dealing with musical material and musical analysis. I am a composer of music (classical, acoustic and electronic) who deal with music in many shapes and forms. I hold a Master degree in Composition from the Royal Conservatory The Hague. I love teaching and I have taught everything from ensemble playing for toddlers who do not read notes, to music theory, analysis and music philosophy to undergrad university students.

Hello ! I am French historical and modern horn player based in The Hague. I play Horn since I was 4 years old and I have two Master degrees in modern horn and in natural horn. I offer you lessons on modern AND historical instruments, as well as music theory. I work with all ages, all levels, all objectives, and I can even work with other brass. I am a viola and violin teacher who graduated at the Royal Conservatory of The Hague with a specialization in Education, as a three-year minor course as part of the Bachelor Music.
