BrookeEnglish language (ESL) and English literature tutoring
Hello everyone, I am a recently graduated English Literature student offering tutoring to secondary school students.
I have previous experience tutoring students in English for GSCEs and A-levels in the UK. If you are interested, please let me know what book your child is working from beforehand so I can find a copy.
I am fluent in both Dutch and English, so tutoring in either language would not be an issue from me. I would prefer to tutor in the area where I live, but exceptions can always be made.Travel costs are not included in the hourly price.
Please don't hesitate to contact me if you're interested! 😊
LucieFrench language and French literature class in Rotterdam - all levels
French is not only my mother tongue, but also my greatest love. As a French literature student for four years, I learned to understand the language, its roots, its uses. I like to combine cultural conversation, grammar, and literature, whatever the level, allowing you to perceive the language for what it represents, and how beautiful its complexities make it.
It is a practical approach, that allows you to start speaking as soon as possible, but also to understand french culture better, through its language and texts.
Although it may sound a bit complicated, I really think this approach works on every level. I worked for three years for the French government helping newcomers learn french and its culture, from age 7 to age 52 with great results : all of my former students are now integrated either in the school system or a work environment.
All special requests are also welcome, the method will be adapted to your needs should you have any.
