I offer a IBDP tutoring service for computer science both SL and HL, with expertise in option D. I am an very knowledgable on paper 1, 2 and 3- and I know exactly what you need to know and prepare for.

During my IB diploma, I only scored 7s from computer science and graduated with a 7. I am incredibly familiar with the content and possible question types to prepare for, as well as excellent study methods specifically in the scope of IB computer science.

I've done tutoring during high school, helping out many younger students and ensuring they study efficiently and effectively. I take on a teaching approach of establishing basic theory, and implementing active recall, repeating the cycle until mastery. In addition I have a great library of platforms and resources to recommend to students.

I graduated in May of 2024, and I'm ready to prepare other students for this challenging course.

Hi!

I'm an international student currently doing my bachelors in Computer Science and Engineering at TU Delft. I am a 2024 IBDP graduate, now looking to offer tutoring in both Math AA and Computer science, both subjects which I scored a 7 on.

On the side, I am also working with an IB revision platform.

I specialize in image processing and machine learning. I have been involved in many industrial image processing projects including still images, video processing, medical images, and satellite images. I also have many years of university level teaching experience.
The course is designed to introduce image processing concepts and its applications by means of practical examples using OpenCV.
OpenCV is a powerful image processing library commonly used in industrial applications. OpenCV provides both high-level and low-level features for handling visual data. Although OpenCV is better compatible with C/C++, Python provides the opportunity of concentrating on the main concepts rather than the syntactic details.
The course requires basic programming knowledge. However, for those who are familiar with Python and some initial image processing concepts, a more advanced course can be tailored.

ZPM is an association in Slovenia that aims to help underprivileged children in many different ways including food packets, after-school clubs, and tutoring. Later my position developed into employment where I would run after school clubs to help the children build confidence and talk about their emotions, make fun programs for summer camps, and of course, I continued with tutoring many children

GIRLS DO CODE
Girls Do Code is an organization in Slovenia that aims to get more women into STEM, they believe that this interest has to start in childhood and therefore they offer lessons in Computer Science to over 300 girls. This cause was something that I thought was incredibly important and so I became a volunteer for their organization. This entailed teaching a group of 10 girls the basics of Computer Science in a fun and creative way and was a very rewarding experience.
Through my training for Girls Do Code, I was certified by Microsoft as an Innovative Educator.

I currently work as a Maths teaching assistant at an international school in the Netherlands where I work with children struggling with maths in small groups.

Learning to code - a phrase that is all too popular nowadays. Still, dealing with programming languages is kind of inevitable in every sector. And by becoming fluent in Python or AI techniques you broaden the spectrum of your possibilities, in academia, in the job market and in your personal life too!
There is simply no better language than Python to begin with on your exciting coding journey. And there is also no better way of doing that than by having someone personal to ask questions to. My teaching methods are based on my student and their requests. I like to firstly understand what exactly your level currently is where you want to go and how we can achieve it.

I prefer to let you first do it on your own and help once you get stuck. Learning from making mistakes is the best way of learning IMO.

Lessons would usually be 2 hours at a time, but the duration is flexible.

I have already tutored many students in different fields with great success.

My lessons are mainly intended for new Computer Science Engineers that are having difficulties with CSE concepts, but I have also taught normal engineering students that had to learn programming for the first time such as Python for mathematicians.

I am a BSc Graduate from TU Delft in the computer science field, and I am currently studying for my master's degree in Complex systems engineering and management with the aim of becoming a product designer/manager.
