In this course, I will teach Fundamentals of Corotate Finance. This is a finance course at the introductory level and purposes to demonstrate the role of financial management within the corporation. The emphasis of this course is to develop an understanding of fundamental concepts and basic tools of financial management. Finance is about making decisions regarding what assets to buy or sell and when to buy or sell these assets by taking into account the importance of differences in timing between cash inflows and cash outflows as well as the uncertainty or risk. Considering the timing of cash flows and the uncertainty, financial managers should make decisions to maximize shareholders’ wealth.
