Considering the fact that many pupils and grownups don't have much time to practise, my piano lessons are split in learning new information and also practising together.

Présentation

I have been teaching for a long time now. I have students that are focused on performing and others that are more focused on just learning and being able to read notes and play for fun. If you tell me in the beginning what your goals are , i make a short and long plan for the future lessons :)

Education

I have finished the middle and high school studies in Prishtina/Kosovo. Afterwards i came to Belgium to continue my bachelor and master studies for performing piano at the Conservatory of Gent. I also just graduated from the pedagogical master in performing arts in Gent. Now i am fully focused on teaching and every now and then giving performances of my own :)

During my studies i was always interested in teaching. I started teaching 5 years ago and i have build quite some experience. I currently work in the academy of Gent but also give private lessons on my days off.

I give lessons in classical music, piano to persons of any age, with the explanation of solfeggio, music theory and literature. I graduated from Art Gymnasium and Musical academy. I have been taking part in International Classical Music competitions and I became laureate. I have been a winner of the presidential scholarship. I want the marimba student to become aware of the different sounds that a marimba can produce, based on those sounds I want to improve his technique and teach him to phrase. All this from relaxation. We also look at the different techniques that are possible on the marimba and find which one suits you best. I teach both beginners and advanced students.

My name is Tu Le, a Vietnamese based Classical pianist. I am currently working and studying in Belgium.
With more than 20 years of professional trainning from Conservatories around the world, I am here to help you to bring out the best pianist of you.

According to each student with a specific range of age (Children, Teenager, Adult,...) / level or skill of yours on playing piano, I will build up a studying program based on your own abilities of studying and make sure that we progressing on that. I mostly work on classical music and pop music, but no hesitate if you have your own choices and preferences.

Customized lessons:
Teaching beginning children, beginning adults, or experienced students are completely different experiences that require completely different methods.

A constant focus in all cases is to ensure that students learn notation and music reading, which gives them some independence.

As a first step, I create a plan together with the student, depending on his or her personal goals, and supplement this with musical pieces that I think will complement the learning path.

Practical information:

I am available for online classes from August and at home from September 15, but I will not close schedules until the beginning of October.

I offer piano lessons in English, French or Italian for students of all ages and levels. Lessons focus on developing technique, musical understanding, listening skills, and artistic expression.

My teaching is grounded in the Faber Piano Adventures method and enriched with creative activities such as improvisation, four-hand duets, and simple composition exercises. Each lesson is adapted to your interests and pace, whether you are learning for personal enjoyment, creative exploration, or to support other musical practices.

For more advanced students, I also incorporate selected excerpts from Mikrokosmos by Béla Bartók, as well as pieces from the classical repertoire chosen in dialogue with the student.

As a conservatory-trained singer and composer with five years of teaching experience, I bring a dynamic, relational approach that connects instrumental technique with creativity and personal expression. Lessons take place in the student’s home in Ghent, Brussels, and nearby areas, and last 30, 45, or 60 minutes depending on age and level.
