I'm a musician, teacher and DJ from New York City. In the Geneva area teaching kids and adults, from absolute beginners to intermediate and advanced students. We use songs that students like, tailoring classes to the individual student. As well as teaching privately and through Aprentus, I've been a teacher at La Grande Boissière and GEMS Academy in Etoy. Parents and School references available on request. In New York city, I was an adjunct professor teaching for 4 years at Long Island University in Brooklyn. The courses were in music software programs (Reason, Garageband, Ableton). Students learnt to produce and mix their own songs in various styles — hip hop, reggae, house, electro as well as music for animation and film. In addition, I've composed music for television and have a long history of DJing in NY clubs and releasing music, vinyl and digital which I've continued to do since moving to Geneva.

I offer fantastically priced bespoke professional acoustic, electric and classical guitar lessons for players of any ability. Many of my students take graded exams in either contemporary or classical guitar and students who I prepare for exams regularly achieve distinctions. However if the student does not wish to take graded exams I can simply help them learn their favourite songs as well as teaching key techniques to progress in their preferred genres and styles. I completed a master's degree in jazz double bass and electric bass at the Graz University of Art and specialize in popular music, jazz and improvisation. I like to use exercise apps, books and various tools to further develop individual musicality. I followed a classical conservatory course in guitar and saxophone, then a saxophone and jazz bass course. I am currently studying Bass Jazz, double bass and piano at the Lausanne High School of Music. At the same time, I worked as a teacher and researcher in acoustics in different universities.
