During this course, you will gain making of your own yogurt, Balkan, Turkish, Feta cheese and, dough. Additionally specific dip sauces. The specific meals recipes and the way to cook are a part of the course. Depending on the student's specific requests or type of diet, we can decide the menu.

About Me
I'm Irem, from Turkey. I've been cooking for 6 years. I worked as a chef in restaurants in Turkey also I've been giving some private lessons about making yogurt, dip sauces, and fermenting dough. I have my own recipes that I sell privately. Turkish cuisine does not only consist of kebab but I can admit kebab is an important part of it:). Last year I've started to cook meals for students in Brno. I'm really passionate about it and I have many students who told me that they cannot even cook eggs in the beginning and now they are doing their own recipes:)
Education
I had a summer course in Turkey about traditional meals and cooking styles. After that, I started to learn Mediterranean and Middle East cuisines. I'm still continuing my education.
Experience / Qualifications
I've worked in traditional Turkish restaurants and a fine-dining restaurant. I've been giving some private lessons about how to make industrial food at home. I've been giving classes for 4 years.
