I have specialised in tutoring mathematics and English at local schools in England. My goal is to keep students motivated and enthusiastic about the subjects. I tailor the teaching approach to meet the student needs as well as the course content. I give the students a challenge but do not make them feel overwhelmed. I assign homework after every lesson and organise mini-tests at periodic intervals. I also provide periodic progress reports.

I assist with correcting beginner and advanced level homework. I offer academic support for children, homework help, and help with grammar, vocabulary, writing, composition, and conversation. The methodology is adapted to the personality and needs of each student.

If you've just moved to London and need some basic language skills to get by, I can help you too, even if you're traveling to a French or Spanish-speaking country.

If you're traveling and only need a few hours of lessons during your stay, then a conversation lesson while visiting London's museums or parks will be nice (let's check the weather first).

I specialise in tutoring children still in primary education. My lessons are designed to help children with subjects they may be struggling with or providing that extra extension! I have taught from Reception/Kindergarten up to Year 6; I was head of Maths and French as well as head of Year 3. As head of maths, I am trained in Singapore Maths - an innovative approach to mathematics which takes a from the ground up approach; teaching children a deeper understanding of the patterns and links between numbers rather than learning by rote or memorisation. I love the French language and pass this on to my students when I teach. Lots of speaking, listening to everyday conversations in various contexts, French songs, practising grammar and new vocabulary. Suitable for school children or adults.
English as a second language is another speciality of mine. I make my lessons interesting and fun. Speaking is the most important part but also writing notes as it is easier to remember afterwards. A comprehensive English class for beginners to advanced! Taught by a native English speaker and lessons can be in Italian or French. We will be speaking English for most of the class, you will have speaking practice every lesson as well as listening, reading and writing which I will correct and mark. We will have grammar lessons and I will explain common mistakes you make, as well as taking you through complicated pronunciation or grammar rules.

I have an excellent understanding of language, I grew up speaking English and Italian, and I learnt French at school, so I understand how language should be taught and what some common difficulties are. I am also learning Turkish and hopefully soon I will be able to teach in Turkish.
