I am a professional pianist offering private piano and theory lessons to students of all levels. As a pianist 12 years of teaching experience and over 21 years of playing, I enjoy motivating my students with music of their own preferred style and interest, whether that be classical or contemporary. My main goal is to promote a positive experience and love for music-making during the course of learning piano. If the student is interested in a more serious approach, I can also guide preparation for grades 1-8 of the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) exams. I also have successful experience preparing students for entrance to conservatory and for various competitions. Recently, my students have achieved highest marks in the ABRSM exams as well as prizes in competitions. We also have a class concert for interested students twice per year. I am happy working in both a relaxed and serious approach, we simply need to discuss the objectives of the student. My own studies are as follows: I have obtained two postgraduate degrees at the Royal Conservatory of Antwerp: "Concertsoloist" in Piano Performance and "Chamber Music." Prior to this, I received my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Piano Performance/Music from University of Minnesota and TCU-Fort Worth, TX, USA. My experience includes collaboration with many different instrumentalists and singers, performing as soloist with orchestra (also as harpist), and receiving top prizes in several competitions. While maintaining my performance and recording career in Belgium at present, I am developing my private music studio and look forward to meeting new students.

Learning to play the guitar can be an amazing experience at every stage of the process! My ultimate goal is to help my students to develop their skills and musical understanding by learning and playing music that they like. Therefore I adapt my teaching methodologies to the taste and needs of every student. Throughout every lesson, we will work on three main courses of development: technical aspects, theoretical knowledge, and performative practice. I specialize in teaching about Music and how to play the Guitar. In class, I always make the effort of understanding what are the goals and interests of all students, as well as their own skills. Hello, I'm Adelina! I'm Romanian and I've recently graduated my master’s in violin performance at the Royal Conservatoire of Antwerp. Apart from playing music, one of my other passions is teaching. While having a degree in pedagogy, I've had several violin and music theory students so far. I’m experienced with teaching children/teenagers between the ages of 4 and 15. However, I’ve had adults in my class as well! As my profession requires, I’m calm, creative with musical games and have quite a lot of patience. I’m fluent in Romanian and English, however I’m able to have basic conversations in Russian as well and I’m in the process of learning Dutch. I am Cèlia, a Catalan cellist living in Antwerp. I studied my bachelor's degree at the HKU Utrechts Conservatorium and my master's degree at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Antwerpen. I offer cello and music theory lessons for all levels. I have several years of experience teaching children and adults in individual and group lessons. I adapt the content of the lessons to the level, needs and goals of each student. I am a very enthusiastic person who likes working with people and making music. I speak Catalan, Spanish, English and a basic level of Dutch.

Cello Lessons for all levels: My main goal with my teaching is to share my passion for music with my students. I believe strongly that this passion leads to discipline and curiosity which benefit all other aspects of one's life. Besides the discpline one learns, Music-making in itself is fulfilling!! :) Conservatory Preparation: In my experience as a musician living and working in Belgium for the past 6 years, I have noticed a gap in the musical education of young Belgian music students transitioning from Music academies into Conservatories. Oftentimes, these young music students seeking to enter conservatories do not possess the necessary skill level to enter higher education in Music. Through my private teaching, I intend to bridge this gap by catering specifically (though not exclusively) to these students. I strongly believe that there is a huge demand for this type of teaching which I am capable to provide.

The focus in piano teaching is on technique, interpretation and theory for the advanced. These elements are included in a playful way with beginners. The attention in this process is focused on the individual specific wishes of the student.

After having studied in two different conservatories, the Conservatorio G. B. Martini of Bologna and the Royal Conservatory of Antwerp, I developed a personal teaching method, in which traditional studies are stirred with more innovative acquisitions.
