Trusted teacher: By PROFESSOR & PROFESSIONAL COACH Hello, First of all, I wanted to wish you an excellent return to school, as well as a peaceful year in order to achieve your goals, aware that the economic situation can prove to be delicate at certain times. This is why I propose to accompany your child through his school career with more ease and serenity. To date, it is different contexts that lead me to exercise my profession of Graduate Teacher & Graduate Professional Coach as well. Until last year, in front of a whole class as well as in Private Lessons. And since this year, in face-to-face mode in Private Lessons at Home as well as in videoconference mode, moreover practiced for ten years with our Students at the University. Besides that, my teaching environment has changed greatly, especially since the appearance of the Covid. This had the positive consequences of making our young secondary school students evolve in this brand new mode of learning and communication that is videoconferencing for them. What turned out to be a great success even if our less mature young people are still very demanding of attention and psycho-emotional connection in order to build their autonomy in peace. Over the past two decades, I have implemented proven methodological approaches. For some, borrowed from Theater, the Davis method (mind mappings / colors), Professional Coaching (my specialty) in order to boost your child's motivation ... My main goal is to develop a certain agility in your child, in all subjects. For now, as for his future, when I will no longer be present by his side ... In the end, working on a subject in order to gain points does not seem to me to be a sufficiently nurtured objective; convinced by the fact of exercising alongside the profession of Mental Coach with our young Athletes between Nice and Cannes, as well as in Europe (by videoconference), as part of their preparation for the French Tennis Championships ... Finally, Professor in General Education, mainly in scientific subjects, I suggest you support your child, to gain agility in the construction of his school career, in this period so unique but oh so rich in its opportunities and challenges. See you soon Corinne. Trusted teacher: Hello, I am passionate about math and like to pass on to students to reconcile them with math, and other students who are looking to improve their skills and who think big. Happy father of 3 boys and having rather succeeded professionally, I can devote part of the course to coaching the student on other aspects of life. I come from a BAC S, a preparatory M' (or MP*), a great Parisian school that is part of the TOP5 (Telecom Paris). I had several students including terminale S and prepa HEC, and I always had excellent results. I also helped my eldest who had his baccalaureate in 2021, with a good mention (17.90/20). I think I have a good pedagogy (it's the feedback I've always been given), at least from college. I adapt my method to the level of the student, if necessary, and to the profile of the student. I often use examples and analogies to get the point across. With the first objective, that the student appropriates his course. All this easily, and without trying to do / say complicated things (the most successful reasoning is the simplest). A student who does not understand / misunderstands, it is always the fault of the one who tries to explain to him. Currently an executive in a large company, I would like to continue math lessons, and I do so with pleasure. I live at Plessis Robinson and I work at La Défense. I can move between these two locations, but with some constraints on schedules. I can also do distance learning, but certainly after having done at least one face-to-face session to get to know each other well. Always in a good mood, of course. The prices displayed are exclusive of tax deduction. And for social cases, I ask for less, for more fairness among all (still!) I hope to see you soon.

Trusted teacher: I am a qualified and experienced private math teacher. Graduated from the Free University of Brussels in 2011, I started my career giving remedial courses in different schools in Brussels. I then specialized in individual tutoring by following a pedagogical training from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. I have been giving private math lessons daily for almost 10 years. Pleasantly surprised by the impact of my lessons on the school career of my students, in 2018 I created Math Coaching, an online tutoring platform. The platform provides students around the world with quality educational content focused on making math learning easier. The students who follow my private lessons benefit from personalized support. The first session is devoted to an in-depth assessment of the student's mathematical knowledge. The objective is to detect its weak points and understand their origin in order to adapt my courses to its needs. I develop a tailor-made remediation program for each of my students aimed at filling each of their gaps. Over the course of the sessions, the student builds a solid foundation for learning and regains self-confidence. At the same time, I help him acquire a work methodology that allows him to gradually become autonomous in his studies. I have a perfect knowledge of the mathematics program of the College and the High School (from the Sixth to the Terminale). During my formative years, I studied and developed many techniques that make it easier to learn math. The strength of my pedagogical approach lies in my ability to explain in a simple way everything that the student finds complicated. I am passionate about this job because it gives me the opportunity to guide dropout students on the path to success. It is a real pleasure to see them evolve and come to terms with the fantastic world of mathematics. I give my private lessons in Limoges (at the student's home) or remotely (by internet). My distance learning courses take place on an interactive online whiteboard. This table is specially designed to promote student / teacher interaction on the internet. Thanks to this educational tool, my online courses are as effective as home courses. The student only needs an internet connection and a computer, a tablet, or a smartphone to use it.

Trusted teacher: I have a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and currently I work as a post-doctoral researcher in Aerospace Engineering Faculty of TU Delft (Delft University of Technology). I have ample experience in teaching all the courses related to Engineering such as - Mathematics (algebra, probability, calculus, differential equations, intellectual math, and advanced engineering mathematics), - Mechanical engineering courses (Statics, Dynamics, Mechanics of materials, Mechanical design, control, vibration, Fluid Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Heat transfer, Engineering drawing, Applied Mechanics, Composite Structures, Flight, Machine Elements, Manufacturing, 3D printing, etc), - Physics (mechanics, momentum and energy, electricity, charge and current, electric and magnetic fields, waves, particle physics, nuclear decay, astrophysics, cosmology, oscillations, etc), - CAD/CAM software (Autocad, Solidworks), and - Mechanical design packages (ANSYS, APDL programming, ABAQUS, MATLAB, Symbolic MATLAB, LS-DYNA). My more specific research and teaching interests are: • Additive manufacturing • Mechanical metamaterials • Acoustical metamaterials • Electromagnetic metamaterials • Aeroacoustics • Soft matter and soft robotics • Fatigue and fracture mechanics • Experimental mechanics • Multiscale numerical modelling • Biomaterials • Porous materials • Manufacturing of medical devices and implants • Deep learning • Image processing • Topology optimization • Origami and Kirigami structures • Self-folding and self-assembly structures • Tissue engineering • Permeability in porous materials • Fluid-Solid Interaction Not all the teachers are good at teaching Engineering and Mathematics courses and informing the students about the importance of what they are learning. That is why mathematical based engineering courses (such as Statics or Strength of Materials) are mostly boring for the students. The other problem that many students have with courses with strong mathematical background is that their mathematical basis is weak and therefore they cannot follow the course. I usually try to start my course from the basics and therefore actively engage as many students as possible in the class (even the weak ones). I also usually try to inform the students about the importance of what they are learning in the class by giving them some examples. This makes them more inspired and interested into what they are learning. If you have extra questions before starting a class, don't hesitate to ask me :)

Benoit
Benoit is friendly and patient and has a good sense of when to challenge and when to take a step back. My son, who is 8, really likes his lessons very much. He loves math, especially working with big numbers, and at school it isn't always possible to work on calculations as he would like. After few lessons he already learned new techniques for calculations he likes to experiment with and Benoit also managed to challenge him to try some new and more advanced things. I think this type of lessons is more tricky to prepare, at least until the teacher gets to know well the capacities and character of the child, as there are not based on the child's curriculum or homework to be done. Benoit is always open to discussion and if my son finds something too challenging, they take a step back and try another way or just agree to try another time when my son feels ready for it.

Khalil
I recommend Khalil without a doubt to anyone looking to improve his/her German level in both writing and speaking. He is a very professional, structured and knowledgeable teacher. He was able to immediately evaluate my level of German during the very first lesson and adjust the teaching methodology and materials accordingly. I am truly impressed with his patience and dedication towards teaching the proper German pronunciation with all its complexities and difficulties as well as the proper rules when it comes to grammar and language. We also had lessons using Skype which is also a good option for those who have a limited amount of spare time or are too far apart from the teacher. It is obvious that Khalil loves what he is doing and is willing to put all his effort into his passion. I wholeheartedly recommend Khalil for anyone wanting to learn the language.

Matías
Highly recommended teacher!!! Matias teaching methods are great. Very clear and concise. Doesn’t waste your time explaining meaningless background information and always lectures with the intent to help you understand the material. He’s helped me understand content for my master course on Python and is one of the best lecturers that I’ve had. Your passion and dedication is beyond words! Thank you for getting me through this hard quick semester, I honestly would have never passed if it was not for your help! Thank you so much once again!
