Descripción general

El curso ofrece una introducción sólida a los principios esenciales de la seguridad digital.

Está diseñado para toda persona que desee proteger su información personal, profesional o corporativa frente a las amenazas del entorno digital. A través de un enfoque teórico–práctico, el participante comprenderá qué es la ciberseguridad, cómo aplicarla en su vida cotidiana y qué medidas legales y éticas la respaldan.

Módulo 1. Introducción a la Seguridad de la Información

¿Qué es la seguridad? Concepto y propósito.

Diferencia entre seguridad informática y ciberseguridad.

Los pilares fundamentales:

Confidencialidad, Integridad y Disponibilidad (Triada CIA).

Ejemplos cotidianos de seguridad digital.

Módulo 2. Características de la Seguridad Informática

Principios de autenticidad, trazabilidad y no repudio.

Políticas, normas y estándares básicos (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).

Importancia de la gestión del riesgo y las buenas prácticas organizativas.

Módulo 3. Tipos de Amenazas y Ciberataques

Tipos de malware: virus, troyanos, ransomware, spyware, adware, etc.
Ingeniería social: phishing, smishing, vishing, baiting.

Amenazas internas y externas.
Cómo identificar señales de un ataque o intento de fraude digital.

Módulo 4. Marco Legal y Normativo
Principales leyes que regulan la ciberseguridad en España y la Unión Europea.

Introducción a la LOPD y el Reglamento General de Protección de Datos (RGPD).

Responsabilidades legales ante una brecha de seguridad.

Derechos y deberes de los ciudadanos en materia de protección de datos.

Módulo 5. Derechos y Deberes del Usuario Digital
Derechos de privacidad, acceso y rectificación de datos personales.

Deberes frente al uso responsable de la información y los dispositivos.
Buenas prácticas éticas en el uso de internet y redes sociales.

Módulo 6. Hábitos Saludables de Ciberseguridad

Higiene digital: limpieza de dispositivos, contraseñas seguras y gestión de accesos.

Copias de seguridad, actualizaciones y control parental.
Seguridad en redes Wi-Fi y navegación segura.

Cifrado y autenticación multifactor (MFA).

Módulo 7. Tips para Evitar ser Hackeado

Señales de advertencia y cómo responder a un intento de intrusión.
