I am a university lecturer in electrical and electronics engineering, holding a PhD, and specializing in the medical applications of microwave engineering and deep learning. I have over 10 years of experience teaching and mentoring undergraduate and graduate engineering students, as well as supervising academic and research projects and helping students develop their scientific skills. My teaching experience includes communications systems, signals and systems, digital signal processing, biomedical engineering, electromagnetism, antennas, electronics, and other related engineering disciplines. I also enjoy teaching high school students, particularly in mathematics, physics, science, and electronics. My goal is not simply to help students memorize information, but to help them understand concepts, think logically, solve problems independently, and build confidence in their abilities. My research expertise includes microwave medical sensing, cancer detection, metamaterials antennas, electromagnetic analysis, artificial intelligence, and deep learning. I can also assist university students with MATLAB and Python, engineering simulations, research projects, scientific writing, literature reviews, and scientific research methodologies. Aside from my academic career, I am a father to a daughter and a son, and parenthood has helped me develop greater patience, communication skills, and an understanding of the different learning styles of individuals. In my free time, I enjoy music, walking, and reading. I look forward to helping students discover that difficult course material can become understandable, practical, and even enjoyable.
