Wonderful time spent with Luis. A true passionate professional and educator. The program offered is simply incredible: we brew, we taste what a real good beer is, we eat the delicious dishes of Blanche, his wife, then we brew again. Simple learning which allows you to memorize everything in order to try to reproduce these valuable lessons at home. This workshop is much more qualitative than the group workshops in which I have already participated. It’s really a shame that Luis’s visibility isn’t greater on the apprentice site. You really have to look to find it. To summarize: I left this workshop happy with this experience, proud of myself and confident to get started.
