The practice of Yoga aims to tone the body and soothe the mind to find inner balance. There are no prerequisites for practicing yoga, depending on your morphology and your needs, I will offer you an adapted and evolving practice over the sessions. I teach: - Yoga Vinyasa (200 hours certified Yoga Alliance): dynamic practice with a fluid sequence of postures (asana) according to the theme of the course, in harmony with breathing; - Pre & Postnatal Yoga (trained at the Institut de Gasquet): gentle practice that helps develop good postural habits, relieve ailments during pregnancy and recover vitality after childbirth It is with great pleasure that I will welcome you and I thank you in advance for your trust!
