I completed my Master's in Piano Performance and teach piano, music theory, and harmony. I am currently pursuing my second Master's degree at the MDW University in Vienna. I have extensive experience playing various musical styles and already have seven years of teaching experience.

We will focus on learning to play the piano while introducing music theory and harmony principles. Lessons will be customized according to student preferences, and I will try to teach you the things you want to learn without neglecting important piano principles. My name is Denise and I'm a professional singer with a singing master's degree from Catalonia's Music College (ESMUC) specialized in Historical Singing, Musicology and Music Education.
My experience runs mostly in early and chamber music, nevertheless I also have the experience and knowledge of popular musical styles such as Latin-American folk, jazz and musicals.
As a docent or vocal coach I've collaborated with different academic institutions and private artistic projects, focusing mostly on international students or social integration programs.

My main goal is to help the student discover her or his voice while enjoying making music.
No experience is needed, just bring your enthusiasm and favorite music.
Classes can be given either in English, Spanish, French or Deutsch.

Hello!
I teach private piano lessons to adults and children at all levels.
My methods of teaching varies on each individual.

I generally start to focus on music theory, techniques, repertoire and understanding music emotionally using dynamics, feeling, touch and hearing skills.
The emotional part of music is very prominent when I teach, it is very important for the student to enjoy what they're learning and to also have access to be able to express themselves through music.

Some students are better at learning by ear, improvising and composition, some other students are better with music theory and learning repertoire. Depending on the student, I usually work on their strengths to keep their interest and eventually move on to the more difficult aspects of music and learning how to play the piano!
Musicians health is also a part of my teaching methods.
It is very important to approach music with a relaxed attitude mentally and physically especially to prevent any future injuries!
