Private Clarinet, Flute & Saxophone lessons ONLINE
I teach the clarinet, flute and saxophone for more than 30 years and proudly can say that I helped to improve and gave a new professional path to the hundreds of students in US and overseas. I am holding a Master’s degree from St. Petersburg State Conservatory (Russia), where I studied clarinet and saxophone. St. Petersburg State Conservatory, where I picked up saxophone in addition to studying clarinet. Simultaneously, I worked as a principal clarinetist at the St.Peterburg Symphony Orchestra. Not long after, I won second place in the All-Union USSR Clarinet Competition. Upon graduating from the Conservatory, I worked as the principal clarinetist in Kiev’s State Opera House and soon after was offered a position as a clarinet and saxophone professor at my alma mater, Kiev State R.M. Gliere Higher College of Music.
If you want to learn to play the clarinet, flute or saxophone - and more so if your daughter or son does - the most promising way is to find a good teacher and take lessons.
Learning to play a musical instrument like the clarinet, flute or saxophone is more than an intellectual process, that you may manage by abstract learning. Very much alike when learning to play the instruments there are a lot of things (how to sit, hold the instrument, your embouchure, how to breathe and move relaxed, how to control a tone) to train simultaneously and these things ought to be checked.
The beginning can be difficult, and you can do a lot of things really wrong (and get used to that). Especially for the first hours it is worth to have a good teacher.
I am looking forward to teaching you music!

About Me
I have more then 30 years of experience playing, and teaching and I am well known in US and overseas.I come from a long line of musicians: my grandmother was an accomplished violinist, my father was a brilliant clarinetist, and numerous aunts and uncles followed the path of music as well; so it was my destiny to be a musician.
At age 15 I enrolled in the Kiev State R.M. Gliere Higher College of Music. The same year I graduated (1973), I won first place in the National Clarinet Competition. That success led me to pursue my studies at the world-renowned St.
Immigrating to the US brought new experiences and opportunities: I was offered a position in the “President’s Own Military Band” in Washington D.C. While I did not accept the position, I continued to pursue my passion of music in the form of teaching children. Ever since, I have been giving private clarinet, saxophone and flute lessons to children of all ages. I work hard to create lesson plans that will be both engaging and motivating, and try to relay to my students how music enriches our lives.
In 2014 I received an offer from Bergenfield District Music Coordinator and director of Bands Brian P. Timmons to become a stuff member of the Music Department of the Bergenfield High School. I gladly accepted this offer to work more closely with children who show their dedication and desire to learn. My proudest moments are those when I see my students succeed and achieve their goals; it makes me feel fulfilled and delighted to know I had a part in that success, and eagerly await to see how they develop as musicians. Most of my students were accepted to the Bergen and NJ Regional bands.

HOW WE HELP STOP STOP SPREADING THE VIRUS.
Have you always wanted to develop your music talent? This is your chance.
I'm from a musical family. As a girl I quickly learned to play the autodidact recorder. Piano and guitar were added at a slightly later age. At a young age music had become one of my passions. Later, after my teacher training, I could not resist further music education.
Music is not only my passion, but is also a way for me to communicate with each other. If you don't know how this is possible, you can learn it.
My experiences as a teacher and musician were and are still linked to each other. I have gained extensive experience as a music teacher and all-round musician in various fields, such as conducting choirs, drawing up and disseminating curricula for schools, giving musical notes and learning instruments (recorder, keyboard / piano, guitar).
