Yoga means union, true integration between body, mind and soul. The classes I share are therapeutic because in them we observe ourselves, get to know ourselves, and heal ourselves through postures, breathing exercises, and meditation. I share Integral Yoga because it integrates all the styles of yoga I've practiced and studied. But its roots are primarily Hattha Yoga, where we respect the cyclical nature of our internal solar and lunar energy channels. I have shared practices with all kinds of people, of all ages, everyone is welcome here. I can also adapt classes for people with reduced mobility.
