I am Leo, flutist and composer from Austria. I have studied flute and écritures in Linz and Brussels, where I obtained my master's degree with distinction.
Pupils of every age and level of proficiency will find me a patient and positive teacher. It is always my goal to convey my love for the instrument, and to awaken the desire for experimentation and self-improvement.
Improvisation as well as the basics of music theory are an important part of my lessons.

My method synthesizes the strongest aspects of the French and American schools, and is oriented by an empowering pedagogical format teaching the student auto-listening skills so they can continue to build knowledge and ease on the instrument outside of the studio. The studio also holds two group masterclasses per year. I teach beginners, intermediate students, and do intensive coachings with advanced students who are looking to prepare a program or audition. I base my lessons on various works and especially on my musical experience, aiming to transmit my passion for music.

Graduated with a degree in musicology and currently studying at the conservatory, I have been practicing the piano, guitar and transverse flute for several years now and in particular in various jazz and contemporary music formations. Student in scholarly disciplines (Analysis, History of Music, Writing, Orchestration) I strive to link instrumental practice to elements of music culture, historical events or anecdotes :)
Through my lessons I try to transmit my passion for music and the desire to learn.
