I am a native Spanish speaker, with substantial experience in teaching GCSE and A-level (across a range of UK boards).

For Spanish sessions it is important to create a strong basis for language and grammar skills. My sessions will be predominantly led in Spanish, speed of speech and level of vocabulary will be adjusted in accordance with the student's knowledge. At the start of each session I will introduce new complex structures, which can then be practiced throughout the lesson.

I have an extensive bank of exercises which cover UK curriculums for GCSE and A-Level.

I am currently studying my third year of BA (Hons) Architecture at the Manchester School of Architecture. Educated in an annually UK top 10 ranked independent school, I have a wealth of experience in 11 plus as well as generic secondary school education.

Exams were intense but most certainly enjoyable. I learnt to not doubt myself, achieving 11 A*s at GCSE by enhancing the rigour of my understanding through iterative learning. It isn't all about cramming in facts the day before an exam! I have tutored multiple school colleagues in younger years in varied subjects.

My lessons will address the required outputs of the syllabus through conversation and demonstration, understanding examples and then individually tackling relevant past paper questions. I will provide a digital booklet for students to fill out their intentions I will add feedback and examples for exploration.

I have over three years’ experience in the Humanitarian Sector (Education) - here I have refined methods of visual teaching. I have coordinated art sessions for people of all ages, from primary school children to the elderly with dementia. This has taught me the essence of adaptability within teaching. I am bilingual from birth and have taught several one to one spoken GCSE and A-Level Spanish sessions.
