I am a globally certified Yoga teacher affiliated by Yoga Alliance from USA. I am being practicing yoga from last 8 years with successfully completion of 200RYT. My area of expertise in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Power and Mediation. Motive is to inspiring others to improve their daily lifestyle and commit to the long term health wellness. I do take the sessions individually or group basis at corporates, society and studio’s.
* I am conducting online Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation classes from our hi-tech digital studio which not only gives you the opportunity to maintain your health from the comfort of your home, but also prevents you from stepping out unnecessarily.

BEGINNER'S YOGA" PROVIDES YOU WITH A VARIETY OF YOGA ROUTINES TO LEAVE YO FEEUNG STRONG, TONED, FLEXIBLE AND WITH A SENSE OF ININER PEACE.
In this workshop you will going to learn:-
1) Basic anatomy and muscle movement associated with the practice of yoga
2) Breakdown of basic yoga poses and what the purpose is in the body
3) Proper alignment and how to recognize misalignment in your own body
4) How to transition safely with proper activation and attention in your yoga practice
5) Breath awareness and technique
6) How to successfully create a progressive yoga practice that suits your needs
7) Body awareness in your practice and hopefully beyond!

Pointers to help you prepare better for the session*

#Login with your name.

#Login on time

# Please keep your camera at a distance, preferably in landscape for visibility.

# Please take the practice lightly the first few classes. Especially, avoid over stretching.

# Keep a yoga mat, yoga break,a bolster if you have or 2 pillows and one small cushion to practice with.

# Be close to a free wall if you can.

# Try not to be in a cluttered space or with family members moving in the space. Avoid distractions.

# A well lit and ventilated space would be ideal.

# Keep some water and nuts/dry fruits to take between class if needed.

# Wear something comfortable. Loose and especially breathable clothes .


#No wearing socks. This is for safety reasons

# *Don't practice with an empty stomach*. You can have a light snack (apple or any non citric fruit or nuts) atleast half an hour before the session.
