English lesson :

I offer preparation for exams (BAC, TOEIC ...) as well as pronunciation and grammar courses accompanied by exercises.

For the other courses, my approach is based on communication. I have many supports (books, magazines, games...) which allow us to always have something to tell. The exercises given from one session to the next are very short and also focus on communication - because it is the need to speak a language that causes it to be learned.

Those who wish can also rely on literary texts.

For an even more lively approach, especially with children, let's play board games, card games, cook or go for a walk, in English!

I have a degree in English and have lived in an English-speaking country for two years (Galway and Cork, Ireland). Having been a trainee school teacher for 2 years, and having more than 10 years of experience in private lessons, I also have a very good knowledge of school curricula.

To present my career in a few lines, after having obtained my bac S physical option, with mention Very Good, I continued my schooling in ECS prep at the lycée Sainte Geneviève in Versailles (better known as Ginette). I developed an efficient working methodology there which I would like to share today.
This method has borne fruit in the competitive exams of the grandes écoles both in writing (19 in contraction, 17 in mathematics HEC / ESSEC, 19.8 in mathematics EDHEC, 17 in Histoire Géo et Géopolitique ESCP Europe), as well as in oral ( 17 in HEC math and 19 in ESCP math).
I am now a 1st year student at HEC and I am pursuing, at the same time, a license in cognitive sciences at the ENS Ulm.

I already have teaching experience: I have been able to provide tutoring for several high school students in English and I am currently passing general culture oral exams to ECS preparatory students.

the superlative is used to express something at its peak, for example "the tallest tower in the world"
in English, it's pretty simple, almost every time we put "is" at the end of the word, for the example above, the translation is "the tallest tower in the world". We will see the rules of superlatives and irregular words.
If the word has 1 syllable (called a short adjective), we will add "the" + "is" or "st" if the word ends with "e".
ex: cold: "it's the coldest country"
If the word has 2 or more syllables (called a long adjective), we will add "the" + "most" but the word does not change
ex: adorable: "he is the most adorable child i've ever seen"
