Law and legal methodology for L1 and L2 levels

Hello everyone! I am a student in a master's degree in Tax Law at Lyon 3. I passed a baccalaureate ES (economic and social sciences, political science). After two years of double degree in law and political science at the University of Lyon 3, I turned towards a course in private law, and more specifically towards the practice of tax law. I had the chance to do my master's 1 year abroad, in Berlin. I therefore acquired knowledge in both international and national law. My learning method is based on rigorous methodological sheets, the establishment of revision programs, the learning of legal bases and finally on the establishment of a logic of legal reflection. Of a serious and playful nature, teaching, pedagogy and curiosity have always been essential and fascinating subjects for me. Having myself been a dreamy and creative student, I am aware of the importance of fun, enjoyable learning and above all adapted to the needs of each student. Having grown up in a family of teachers, it seemed natural to me to teach in turn, in addition to my studies. I am attentive, flexible and available, and know how to be rigorous without being strict.

Student in M1 Public Law at the University of Paris-II, I give courses in law and methodology for undergraduate students. The courses are mainly intended for law degree students but are open to all. Depending on the needs indicated before the session, I can adapt to all requests and create tailor-made courses in methodology, constitutional law, administrative law, family law, contract law, tort law and other degree subjects. The goal is to help you master points of law that may have remained obscure and to better explain the course. To this end, I also offer help in carrying out tutorials. International Law is a fast-growing area of law in an increasingly globalised world. Taught by the Founder and Director of the World Moot on International Law and Animal Rights, this class combines Public International Law theory with practice. It taught through traditional lessons imparting substantive legal knowledge and legal skills training, including in the form of mooting exercises. We also work on techniques and strategies for assessments, and, to test the student's knowledge, engage in exercises in the form of mock assessments (essays and problem questions) that are graded by the tutor. It encompasses areas of PIL such as International Human Rights Law, International Humanitarian Law, International Criminal Law, and International Law and Armed Conflict.
