Namaste! I am your Indian host who is a self-taught mandala artist. Being from the design field I had a deep interest in art. The first time I saw Mandalas, I was intrigued by the details and depth they hold. During a long solo trip, I drew a lot. This creative activity kept me occupied from then till now.
I also host workshops & meetups on platforms like Meetup, Airbnb Experiences.
I teach all kind of mandala styles including line , dot & colourful mandalas. Also we can explore different materials & surface.

With my knowledge of Yogic practices & specialization in wellness yoga (200 YTT) from the National Institute of Yoga, New Delhi, India., I will take you through Pranayama, the science of breath control, which emphasizes conscious manipulation of the breath to enhance physical and mental well-being. In the context of lung detoxification, I will be guiding you through the pranayama exercises that can effectively cleanse and strengthen respiratory organs.
Pranayama encompasses a variety of breathing techniques, each with its unique benefits. Here are some yogic breathing we will practice during the class.
