Über mich

Finnish girl born in New York and raised between London, Geneva and Helsinki. I have always been drawn towards spirituality and moving my body has always been a passion so when I discovered yoga it wasn't a surprise that I got hooked. I did my teacher training very fast after I began a regular practice because I just knew I wanted to teach. I launched myself as a full-time yoga teacher and practitioner in July 2017 because if I talk the talk I need to walk the walk. "Practice what you teach and teach what you practice" as Larry Schultz said (the founder of my yoga school, It's Yoga International and creator of The Rocket sequence.)

Kung-Fit is a mix of Kung-Fu and Fitness: work on your elegance and posture whilst also working on endurance and strength!

20 minutes of relaxation and revitalization.

I have practiced Wing Chun Kung Fu from 2011-2021 in Bonn, Germany. I have been a co-coach and have several years of experience in teaching groups and in private.

I offer private lessons to make this ancient chinese art accessible. I focus on the practical side and strive to teach you the fundamentals and principles in the shortest time possible. Further training on your own is highly recommended, because Wing Chun movements aren't "natural" and your body will need some time to adapt.
My Goal as a teacher will be to take you to the heart of Wing Chun: "Chi Sao" - "sticky hands" and to build up a full understanding of the system.

Lessons will take place outside, near Carouge, Geneva.

Unfortunately my French is not good enough, yet, to teach in French. But I am working on it.
