As a qualified swimming instructor, I offer a full range of aquagym classes suitable for all levels, with an approach combining fitness, well-being and the pleasure of aquatic movement.
Water is a great tool for getting back into shape, toning your body or simply relaxing, all without putting any strain on your joints.
A range of varied courses according to your desires:
Toning & cardio aquagym
Rhythmic sequences, overall muscle work, coordination and endurance. A dynamic session, set to music, to sweat and let off steam!
Gentle aquagym & well-being
Fluid movements, breathing, and relaxation. Ideal for reconnecting with your body, easing tension, and promoting recovery.
Flexibility, balance & joint mobility
Targeted exercises to strengthen deep muscles, prevent falls and improve mobility, particularly suitable for seniors or those returning to activity.
Health sport & adapted activity
Tailor-made courses for people with chronic conditions (back pain, overweight, diabetes, etc.), in complete safety, with kindness and progression.
Event service – Customized aquagym!
I also offer one-off, fun and festive sessions, ideal for:
- Hen or bachelorette parties
- Birthdays, private parties, moments with friends
- Seminars, team building and corporate events
All sessions are animated by music, with an atmosphere adapted to the theme and the public (teenagers, adults, seniors, mixed, etc.).

Are you (or your child) new to swimming or lacking confidence in the water? I offer personalized swimming lessons so you can learn to swim at your own pace, in a caring, safe, and motivating environment.
With me, you will learn to:
Be comfortable in water (floating, breathing, immersion)
Master the basics of swimming (breaststroke, backstroke, crawl)
Develop your autonomy and confidence
Develop with pleasure and safety in an aquatic environment
