Nancy listens carefully. The lesson was entirely in Spanish, which triggered me to look for words that had sunk deeply. Nancy was thus able to assess my level and adjust our action plan accordingly. Above all, however, she is very friendly and competent as a teacher. She doesn't talk too fast. In this way she adapts to the student. I enjoyed my lesson and look forward to the next one. Ingrid
