This course is designed for students who are new to learning Turkish and for those who want to learn Turkish at an advanced level. The lessons will be tailored to your level and interests. According to your level, we will progress step by step following a specific plan, and I will make sure you are confident in each step you learn. I will take simultaneous notes of what we discuss in each lesson, and I will send you the notes along with the pages we worked on during the lesson afterward. In our lessons, in addition to grammar, we will also engage in pronunciation, writing, listening, and reading activities. I will prepare materials and sentences for you to use during the lesson according to your needs, focusing on the sentences you will need the most in your daily life or when speaking Turkish, so that you can start speaking Turkish from the first lesson and begin to understand the logic of Turkish. I will provide you with books, exercise sheets, videos, and optional assignments so that you can continue practicing Turkish after the lesson. I will ask you to send me your assignments before the lessons so that I can correct them beforehand, and we won't have to spend time on assignments during the lesson. Of course, if there are any parts you didn't understand, we can review them in the next lesson. I strive to spend the first 10 minutes of each lesson asking you questions and encouraging you to form sentences based on what you learned in the previous lesson. You will always be able to reach me outside of class.

Hello, I'm Nagehan. For the past 5 years, I've been teaching Turkish to students through both online and face-to-face lessons. During this time, I've had the opportunity to meet many students from different countries around the world. Additionally, with my own experience in learning a foreign language, I understand the challenges that can make learning difficult and sometimes discouraging.

As an experienced guide in overcoming these challenges, I not only teach my students the language but also support them to facilitate their learning process. I truly enjoy chatting with my students about Turkish culture, cuisine, films, travel, music, and many other topics, and sharing insights in these areas.

Beyond my passion for teaching and learning languages, I love traveling, playing the guitar, watching movies and series, and meeting new people and cultures. Embarking on a new adventure with each of my students and discovering the beauty of language together excites me. Based on my 13 years of experience, I think that A1 level is a very important period in language learning. When learning any language, beginner level students should learn it in the correct order and important details should be explained well by practising previous ones. Students at more advanced levels, such as A2, B1 or above, also need to practice their skills at the previous level thoroughly to improve their language skills. I try to provide good teaching by paying attention to these important points in my lessons. I keep our lessons' notes in a word file. After our lessons, I send you back all the additional notes and exercises that we covered in our lesson as a Word file.
