Qué vas a aprender

Convertir un objetivo “difuso” en un alcance claro y bien definido (scope).

Crear una WBS sólida y traducirla a un plan ejecutable.

Montar un cronograma realista (dependencias, ruta crítica, hitos y buffers).

Estimar y controlar costes: CAPEX/OPEX, presupuestos, desviaciones y forecast.

Identificar y gestionar riesgos y problemas con un enfoque práctico.

Seguimiento y control: KPIs, reporting, actas, decisiones, plan de acción.

Mejorar la comunicación con stakeholders: reuniones eficaces, coordinación y cierres.

Cómo son las clases

Enfoque práctico y personalizado según tu nivel y objetivo (trabajo, entrevista, proyecto, TFG/TFM, certificaciones).

Te proporcionaré plantillas y recursos (WBS, cronograma, matriz de riesgos, control de costes, plan de seguimiento).

Trabajaremos con herramientas habituales: Excel/Google Sheets, y si lo necesitas, conceptos aplicables a MS Project / Planner / Notion.
