I can teach you how to start off dancing for a healthier and happier you!
Any dance skill you have been wanting to learn, from ballet, jazz, tap, commercial and contemporary get in contact and I can help you begin your new journey or maybe you’re a student looking for som feedback or help with a dance routine, maybe you need to up your technique, I can help.

I can also offer stretch and conditioning classes to help get you started on your dance journey or maybe just a top up post lockdown.

My names Kloe im a 22 year old graduate!
I have recently graduated from the Arden school of Theatre with a degree in musical theatre! I have always had a love for dance and fitness and want to help others find their love for it too!

I’m friendly and passionate, whether you’re a total beginner wanting to learn a new skill or have danced for years and just want some help with your technique or someone to watch your routine and give some feedback, I’m more than happy to help!

I’m an avid gym goer and love to help people discover the world of fitness! It’s completely addictive when you get in to it so don’t be scared or intimidated, it’ll be your new favourite thing! A lot of people don’t stretch and don’t spend long enough recovering afterwards and I’m here to help!

Rhythmic gymnastics is an artistic and sporting discipline that mixes classical dance and mainly female gymnastics.
It is also a fantastic sport for developing a child's coordination, in addition to developing grace, balance, agility and posture.
It also offers gymnasts the opportunity to express their own personality and expression, while learning new body and technical skills using the following apparatus: Ribbon, hoop, ball, rope and clubs.

La danse orientale Raqs Sharqi (le terme « danse du ventre » est considéré comme réducteur, il a été donné à l’époque de Napoléon en Égypte, sachant que Raqs Sahrqui signifie en Egypte même « danse orientale ») est originaire d’Égypte et est surtout présente au Proche-Orient et au Maghreb; elle est dansée essentiellement par des femmes et s’est développée dans le monde entier.
La danse tonifie le corps et muscle le dos et vous laisse de bonne humeur.

I’ve been doing gymnastics for 8 years now , flexibility is my thing since I won many competitions in rhythmic gymnastics , played with the Moroccan national team and won the Moroccan championship in 2019 .

Rhythmic gymnasts are very known by their amazing flexibility and body control , they have some of the best tips and exercises to improve flexibility .

So if you want to become flexible ,
learn how to do the split or something else , or simply feel better in your body this course can help you a lot !!
