Hi! I’m Viktoriia — a professional belly dance instructor based in the UK, teaching students worldwide online. I specialize in beginners and help you build solid foundations step by step: posture, hip technique, arms, smooth transitions, and short combos you can actually dance. My style is supportive, clear, and detail-focused — you’ll know exactly what to practice between lessons and how to improve safely.
I’m happy to work with US/Canada time zones, and every lesson ends with a short combo plus a simple homework plan.

Holder of a Bachelor's degree in contemporary dance and creation of multidisciplinary performances from the Iceland University of the Arts, a Master 2 in Art Research & International Creation from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, I am an artist member of the International Dance Council at UNESCO.
Since 2020, I have been engaged in academic research on medical and spiritual dance whose practice is called Transcendental Dance (Transcendental Embodiment).

My professional experience extends internationally where I had the opportunity to work alongside various renowned companies and to organize internships in France, Iceland, Sweden, Mexico, Czech Republic, Spain, Turkey and Asia. Also, I had the opportunity to dance for haute couture houses during Fashion Week in Paris.

I teach contemporary dance, technical floorwork (floor work), contact dance and classical dance. My classes focus on mindfulness, musicality, harmonization of energy flows, improvisation, muscle strengthening and coaching in choreographic composition for competitions, exams, galas, and weddings.

Dancing has always been part of my life. During my childhood, I took classical and jazz lessons. Later, I joined a group of Funk (Hip Hop/RnB) with which I presented several choreographies and shows.

In 2010, I discovered zumba and salsa. Since then, I have a passion for salsa and Cuban music. Since 2017, I have been part of a dance school where I pass on my passion to a group of people of all ages, dancers or not at heart.
