I am a Spanish pianist and composer (MMus graduated from Codarts University in both directions) with several years of teaching experience, and also very active in performing in various contexts. I give private piano lessons for all levels and styles (classical, jazz, Latin, new age, pop...), as well as music theory, composition and improvisation lessons. My lessons are distinguished by their dynamics, practical approach and adaptation to the needs and interests of the student. I teach in my studio in Rotterdam Center, where I have a brand new upright piano for lessons. I speak basic Dutch, which is getting better every day. I would like to teach you to learn to play the piano. Music is an indispensable thing in life, in my opinion. The lessons will be in person at my home on location (online is possible in consultation) and the teaching method will be adapted to knowledge, technique and age. I can teach you technique as well as the fundamentals of music theory. Of course it's a lot more fun if you can also just play your favorite pieces! I believe that development of technique is better practiced by learning and applying it in actual pieces of music instead of exercise books of, for example, Alfred's piano method. Some info about me: I have been interested in classical music since my early teens. It's an incredibly important part of my life. If you like a certain style, we will focus on it and develop your playing towards your taste. I've been playing, teaching and studying drums for over 15 years now. I take it very seriously and try to tailor my teaching to every student that I have. I can use my experience as a proffecional musician to make you progress fast and focus on things not every teacher knows from books. In this course we will focus on technique as well as creativity and improvisation (one of the most enjoyable aspects of playing drums). The focus of this class is to learn how to play the piano but most important how to make music. Music is a language that expresses our feelings & ideas and connects us with other people but also with ourselves. Together we will can work on the basic principles and tools to play the piano, setting a healthy technique but also cultivate your personal sense of music. Further on, we can explore new repertoire and unknown composers, refine your playing and learn how to deal with difficulties, discuss about interpretation issues and even work on your performance on stage. With music theory, we can dive into the alphabet and syntactic of music: the world harmony, rhythm, solfege and analysis.

My name is Anar and I'm from Mongolia. I'm a piano bachelor student at Codarts Rotterdam. Currently, I'm living in Breda. I've been playing piano for 17 years and have experience in teaching. I teach on all levels.

You will never know about the talent that is hidden inside of you unless you try to do some vocal lessons from a diploma gradute in Classical singing/Opera. It is never late to start doing what you love and pick up a new, intresting and very special hobby as singing. Together we are gonna have fun doing vocal warming ups, solfege, sing pieces of operas or songs of your selection and enjoy our time doing some music!

I'm a classical clarinetist, I have two masters (recently graduated at Codarts) and different experience in orchestra, chamber music and teaching! My goal as a teacher is to stimulate the student to study in order to be at the disposal of music and not a passive player as can happen many times when you undertake a new study. That is why I like to play with my students and organize little private concerts and try-out. Concerning the music theory lessons, I am not going to bore you with long and incomprehensible explanations! We will study it in a fun and effective way! Hello I’m student from Codarts on the Jazz department, my clases can be adapted to each student. My aim is that student learn how to improve, how to practice your instrument and to know the instrument, also learn, good grooves and fills, improve your rhythm.

Piano/Keyboard lessons for beginners focus on piano basics; learning to read notes, read rhythms, play scales, basic chords and other essentials to play. This is a great way to introduce any young child to the joy of playing. Basic music theory will also be taught. Students are able to choose part of their repertoire based on what they enjoy, making lessons exciting and motivating. However, there will be pieces that is essential and mandatory. Our intermediate lessons will progress students to the next level.

Hello everyone! This is Eren. I am 25 years old. I am a Turkish drummer/producer, graduated from the Utrecht Conservatorium Jazz&Pop Drums department. I am actively playing in 3 bands, and have good experience for my age. I really would like to share my knowledge and experience with you! I will use the stuff that my teachers gave me in the conservatory, and my own techniques in the lessons. Any level is welcome! I can also help with music theory, ear training, solfege and music production in Ableton(basics of ableton, MIDI, audio recordings, mixing&mastering). We will play, learn, talk, have fun, even sometimes get bored but at the end I will make you a good drummer!
