I specialize in teaching piano and music when I was at conservatory where I studied for over 20 years. With 14 years of experience I found my own methods to make my students learn in a comfortable and creative environment. As a teacher who enjoys learning from student while teaching, I know how important this is to improve when growing up. As soon as my students feel safe and happy I let them putting their own ideas in their development. I have a lot of experience in teaching from a young age (4-5) to grown adults but I am very good with kids and I like working with younger ages a lot!

With 14 years of teaching experience, I enjoy a lot learning from my students while am teaching. For me is all about a healthy communication with a calm and friendly environment. As a teacher who knows the importance of arts and music for the development of kids I try to make my students feel safe and comfortable, so I can let them learn about creativity as well. Of course sharing music and make them love what they are doing is the most valuable thing for me.
I also teach solfege to provide a better understanding of music which is not my main subject but I had more than 10 years of experience in this field.

I'm a professional violinist and teacher, who graduated from conservatories in Gdansk, Maastricht, and Brussels. I'm also a violin teacher at The British School in the Netherlands in Den Haag. The most important thing is to have pleasure in the process of learning how to play the violin. My motto in teaching violin are words of my teacher, the legend of violin, Wanda Wilkomirska: "You can do something wrong technically, but always you can play beautifully." Being a soloist myself I always remember these words also when I teach. My aim as a teacher is to show you how to have joy and comfort in playing the violin to enjoy it further on in performing for an audience.

I am from Los Angeles originally where I received my degree in music with a minor in Classical Guitar from California State University, Northridge.

I have been playing guitar since I was 11 years old. Back in those days, I was mostly inspired by rock music, learning to play by ear by listening to the radio. Later, I went to Conservatory and studied classical music, therefore learning in a more structured way. This gives me a unique approach to teaching, because I understand playing by ear and feeling, as well as having a background in music theory. It is a mix of these two worlds that I offer in my lessons. In this way, my students progress quickly while having a basis of how music works so that they can continue to grow for endless years to come.

My approach to teaching is to get lasting results for the students and to make sure they have a great time. The lessons are light and joyful, as music should be. I work hard to make sure my students experience the rewards of reaching new plateaus regularly as they progress. It is also important to me that my students play songs/pieces that they enjoy playing. We will discuss your musical tastes, or work to discover the musical tastes of your child.

After completing a Bachelor’s degree in Modern Flute in Madrid and a Master’s degree in Zürich, I recently finished a Bachelor’s degree in Early Music and historical flutes at the Koninklijk Conservatorium The Hague. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Music Education, which allows me to continuously refine my teaching approach.

Bassoon lessons:
In this lessons you will be able to learn how to play the bassoon, to blow and tune, to play in groups, understand the harmonic and melodic system of the interpretation of the different music styles. You will be able to learn how to make your own reeds and how to repair them.
Duration of the lesson is generally 60 minutes, but it can be always the student`s choice. The dynamics of the classes is focused on the interpretation and musical understanding, as well as the elaboration and maintenance of reeds, all looking for a positive, dynamic and fun environment.

Music Theory lessons:
Here you will be able to learn how to understand the composers and their music; historical and theorical reasons of why music is written in different ways during the evolution of music history. You will be also able to learn how to read and sing music. Composition skills are also available.
The duration of the lesson is under choice.

Both bassoon an music theory lessons can be combined.
