English being an International Business Language , is spoken with many different accents ,hence the practical experience of dealing with people from around the globe with different spoken languages ,cultural background , & fields helps to have a better understanding & knowledge of Why / What & How ? to Train & Motivate people & how to help them use the diversity in a positive manner to develop learning skills ,self & an organisation .
