I am a mindfulness teacher and a certified coach with over 15 years of experience. I specialise in career and confidence coaching, dealing with anxiety, speaking up, self worth and being visible.

I had a long career in investment banking and decided to pursue my passion of coaching to lead a more peaceful and joyous life.

I now am a spiritual warrior and lead a fearlessly mindful life, with love , compassion and gratitude at the core of everything I do.

Experience / Qualifications

I created a unique coaching approach which is a blend of eastern and western philosophies combining both ‘hard’ and ‘soft’ strategies. Softer eastern strategies such as the law of attraction are much more widely accepted now as a concept within professional environments to give lasting success. I have created the RID coaching model which brings together both these theories.
A cv is a reflection of you - not only does it need to stand out but also be the best reflection of you. Not only should it show off your skills but also bring out your personality. After all, it is the person the employer is hiring, anyone can do a job. What I also find, is that it is your personal energy and vibration that comes through into the cv, which is what employers feel energetically. So not only do we write a really good cv, but we work on the vibration that makes sure you are feeling as good as you are portraying on your cv. I have helped so many students with this two pronged approach, and have had some amazing results. Not only have students got jobs they didnt think they could get, but I have instances where they had previously applied and got rejected, and post these sessions - they re-applied to the same firms and got hired!
