This is an Intro to the Circulations of Breath/Blood/Energy
This Qigong set is taught with Standing/Stillness basics, the “Wu Pai 3 centers connection set, the foundations of body mechanics, and the basic Internal integration of the Mind/Body/Spirit. This 18 movement set is primary as a breath and body mechanics training set and reflects the Yin or receptive nature development and so relives the conditions associated with tension/stress, anxiety, and past trauma.

I have spent the majority of my life (40+ yrs.) in the field of Instruction of martial, health and Internal practices. The little known aspect of the training that is referred to as "the return" is a profound experience into the relationship we have with our true self, a place where we have the opportunity to reconfigure, develop and make course changes in our lives. Healing and self empowerment come from reclaiming our true nature and at the core of our lives is perhaps one of the greatest gifts we could give ourselves. What is the one act we can all do to join together? Perhaps it is to first know ourselves so that we can know each other with tolerance, love and respect...,this is what is important to me.

Institutional education has its place in society but cannot be the narrow measure for true learning as it is largely based on theory/studying the past and conjecture of the "educated". I myself have been to college, travelled, immersed myself in different types of cultural relationships, studied and developed food skills and seasonal diet habits, fermentation, all-season gardening, been a chef and seasonally preserve foods from my garden as a part of my "continuing ed".
I have what is referred to as a "life-study perspective" that comes from the experiential application of The Lifestyle Change Arts. This is the mind/body/study/training of how the principles of Qigong/Tai Chi/Yoga reflect and give insight to the recovery/healing process that leads to the daily growth.
What should "education" give us? The ability to learn from our experiences and apply our many types of common sensing and natural intelligence to learning from life itself. Life Experiences are our natural teachers.

The Yi Jin Jing or "Muscle Tendon Change Classic" is a Yang Qi set and is the experience of “Kung Fu Yoga” and is primary to developing what is known as "whole body method". Yi Jing Jing specializes in opening the body and harmonizing strength, flexibility and connection. For most Practioners, Yi Jin Jing is the missing link in their training. Standing Practice and Fa Gong (Loosening Practices) will also be a part of the curriculum. It is an experience in balance and is both vigorous and gentle while invigorating the elasticity of the body. It is also a “seasonal practice” as it clears the excesses, stimulates the bodily systems and strengthens the deficient tendencies. The joints, connective tissue, ligaments, muscles and tendons are all nourished by the circulation strength of Yi Jin Jing. This is an essence practice and so is suitable for all styles, for the young to the old.

Practico yoga casi diariamente desde hace unos seis años y además estoy formada como profesora de Hatha Yoga 200h RYT con certificado internacional de la India (YAI). Me gustaría compartir mis conocimientos de Yoga tanto en el ámbito físico, como mental y espiritual siempre desde el mayor respeto que tiene para mí esta filosofía y disciplina. Para mí es un camino de desarrollo personal y me gustaría que así lo fuese para el resto de personas que quieran practicarlo conmigo.

Mis clases suelen basarse en tres partes: Meditación-Pranayama, Asanas y relajación final (Savasana). Sin embargo, me adapto a las necesidades físicas, mentales y emocionales del practicante.

Las clases se podrán realizar online o presenciales. Puedo desplazarme a casa del alumno y si hace buen tiempo podemos ir a algún parque a practicar en la naturaleza :)
