Soy un artista visual nacido en Barcelona, establecido en Bélgica desde 2017. Como artista, he acumulado experiencia durante los últimos 25 años. Me gradué con una Licenciatura Académica en Bellas Artes en la Universidad de Barcelona y me gradué como Master en Artes Visuales en la Escuela de Artes Sint Lucas en Amberes.

Estoy especializado en pintura, dibujo, películas experimentales, instalaciones, lenguaje, sonido y comisariado. En otras palabras, soy un artista multidisciplinario.

Entiendo la práctica artística como una forma de entendernos a nosotros mismos y las situaciones que nos rodean. En mis clases no enseño cómo hacer arte, sino cómo decir algo a través de tu trabajo artístico. Conmigo puede trabajar de forma independiente, con un entrenador que lo desafiará con algunas tareas y le dará retroalimentación a sus inquietudes personales.

Además, aprenderá a trabajar con varios medios, preparando su propio material: pinturas, lienzos, etc.

No solo recibirá asesoramiento individual, sino que lo alentará a buscar otros artistas o tener en cuenta otras referencias relacionadas con sus inquietudes.

Encontrar, discutir y retomar soluciones juntos es el núcleo de mis clases.

De cursus is een Basiscursus en geschikt voor de beginnende als gevorderde tekenaar.
Tijdens de lessen werk je met eenvoudige basismaterialen en in het begin voornamelijk met kleurpotlood om je mandala’s uit te werken. De materialen en hun gebruik ga ik uitgebreid aan je uitleggen.
Naast het tekenen ga ik ook in op de voordelen van het tekenen van mandala’s en hoe je dit kunt gebruiken om jezelf beter te leren kennen en ontwikkelen. Van elke mandala ontvang je een beschrijving over wat er zichtbaar is geworden tijdens het tekenen. In de eerste les ga ik hier uitgebreid over vertellen.
Het is fijn om wat basismaterialen te hebben, daarvan ontvang je een lijst voor aanvang van je eerste les. Ook ontvang je na elke les een PDF met daarin alle behandelde stof, zodat je het later allemaal nog eens rustig kunt nakijken of op een later tijdstip weer kunt oppakken.

De basiscursus bestaat uit 9 lessen die per les anderhalf uur duren. Ook mag en kun je tussentijds altijd contact met me opnemen als er eventuele vragen zijn.

Er is ook de mogelijkheid om diverse vervolgcursussen te volgen na deze basiscursus. De mogelijkheden kunnen tijdens 1 van de laatste lessen besproken worden.

I am a multidisciplinary artist and designer with fifteen years of experience. I studied art and architecture at the École nationale supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Paris and the Columbia University in New York. I teach painting, drawing, digital image and creativity. This class is ideal for beginners but also intermediate students who want to develop their own style.

For my personal projects, I work in a wide range of mediums, from drawing, painting and printmaking to digital image and 3D Printing. When teaching, I prefer to first focus on free-hand drawing and painting as this allows for greater spontaneity regardless of the student's technical level. We later explore other methods based on the student's individual interests. I like to teach children and adults via mini projects involving art history references and help them develop narratives around their work. I deeply believe in people's creative potential and in my classes will help you channel your own voice.

Always wanted to learn how to draw by hand?
I'll take you step-by-step through the art of drawing. We will work in Black & White with materials you can find at home. No experience needed or expensive materials.
We look at examples in art history and drawing techniques will be explained.
You will be working on different exercises and it will be fun.

Ik geloof dat iedereen kan tekenen. Het enige dat daarvoor nodig is, is gaan zitten, beginnen, en blijven oefenen. Ik heb mijzelf aangeleerd om gezichten/portretten te tekenen en daarom word ik erg enthousiast van het overbrengen van mijn creatieve proces aan anderen, zodat zij ook zelf aan de slag kunnen gaan met hetgeen zij willen creëren.

Mijn kunst en creatieve proces heb ik gedurende heel mijn leven ontwikkeld. Na opleidingen van drie verschillende kunstacademies, waaronder Willem de Kooning in Rotterdam, ben ik nu inmiddels 8 jaar fulltime werkzaam als kunstenaar. Ik maak mijn werken met acrylverf, maar teken en schets daarnaast nog steeds veel op papier. Mijn kunststijl is een mix van spontaan-realisme en abstract kleurgebruik, pop-art en comic style.

Heb je interesse om creatief bezig te zijn, ook al weet je nog niet hoe en/of je het kan? Geen zorgen. Samen gaan we aan de slag en vind jij jouw manier van tekenen of schilderen.

I am an artist and philosopher from Amsterdam currently living in Antwerp. I studied in London where I acquired a BA from Art Academy London and a BA in philosophy from St Mary's University London.

Artistic development starts by identifying your artistic interest. As artists, we don’t always know why we draw and paint the things that we do. Yet they are not random. What captivates us or draws us towards certain artworks? This might be the tonal way in which light reflects, structural forms or mathematical division. The point being, is that we all have such aesthetic interests and step 1 is finding out what interests you!

Step 2 is helping you express your interests through painting techniques, styles and materiality. But it all starts with you. What do you want to say? And how? I will help you do this through discussion, looking at your previous work (if you have any), introducing you to a LARGE variety of artists, potentially copying their styles. I adjust my classes according to your needs.

The goal is simple: to come to understand your artistic interest, help you find techniques to express them and develop your artistic language.

(Please note that just because you have found an artistic interest and a way to express it, it does not mean that you must do only one thing for the rest of your life. It is the downfall of creativity to repeat and paint the same way over and over again. Instead, allow your interests to drive your creativity. Let it be the starting point, venture out and discover it from various angles and ways of expressing it. But also be mindful that as we grow our interests can change and as they change, we must remain honest and respond accordingly such that our artistic language can also grow.)

For the past eight years, I’ve worked as a technician and tutor at the Royal College of Art and UAL, supporting students in fashion, fine art, and product design with their Rhino and Blender projects.

Before that, I worked as a model maker, and now I’m focused on teaching and creating fine art.

Blender.
I offer instruction in creating detailed static renderings, producing digital models ready for 3D printing, and understanding Blender’s workflows for a professional finish.

I'll help you navigate Rhino’s precision tools, preparing your designs for 3D printing and CNC production with an emphasis on detail and accuracy.

Iedereen leert anders. Ik geef daarom les zoals jij dat wilt. Jij bepaalt wat je wilt leren en hoe, onder andere wanneer jouw les plaatsvindt en hoe lang de les duurt.

Ik geef kunstgeschiedenis aan iedereen die wil, ongeacht leeftijd of niveau, online of bij mij thuis in Velp. Je kunt leren over onder andere de beeldende kunst, muziek en literatuur van de prehistorie t/m nu. Je kunt werken richting een examen/tentamen/opleiding of gewoon leren vanuit interesse. Of het nu gaat om de david van Michelangelo of de graffiti op de muren van Dubai, ik vertel je er graag over. Er is van alles mogelijk.

Ik ben opgeleid tot musicus/schrijver en docent. Ik heb al meer dan 10 jaar ervaring in het onderwijs en geef onder andere al een aantal jaar kunstgeschiedenis, muziekgeschiedenis, creatief schrijven en andere vakken aan de bovenbouw van een kleine middelbare school, waar ik ook teamlid ben. Ik schrijf lesmateriaal, dat op diverse scholen in het middelbare en hogere onderwijs gebruikt wordt. Ik heb veel ervaring met vernieuwend onderwijs en het één op één lesgeven.

Dat kan gaan over teken- en schildertechnieken, maar ook over andere materialen als klei of digitale middelen (denk aan digital art op de iPad). Samen bekijken we waar je staat, welke skills je zou willen leren en komen we tot een doel om richting te geven aan de inhoud van de lessen. Júist als je zegt 'ja, maar ik ben eigenlijk niet zo creatief' of 'ja, maar ik kan niet goed tekenen', dan ga ik enorm graag de uitdaging met je aan!

With a background melting classical and contemporary clarinet performance, to theatrical movement, masks, and storytelling, I bring a fresh approach to music education. My experience includes leading creative workshops for children through the Philharmonie de Paris and developing artistic projects for young audiences.

In my classes, we explore sound as character, rhythm as movement, and performance as story.
For me, the body is the key to learning : I guide students to develop their body awareness as part of learning, an approach often missing from traditional lessons.

We will explore:

Clarinet technique
Musical interpretation
Improvisation and creativity exercises
Stage presence, movement, and breathing
Connecting music to visual or theatrical elements
Bonus (if possible and committed!) :programming small performances for families, social gatherings, or cultural events

My teaching philosophy: Music is not only notes on a page, it’s a living art that connects body, breath, and imagination. I meet each student where they are, encouraging curiosity, confidence, and authentic expression.
