In this class where I will share my 29 year experiences, we can talk about everything you want to know about music. I have been a professional flute player since 1996. The composition and conducting training that I started in 1999 enabled me to gain experience in piano. I learned bass guitar and ukulele completely on stage. I have played instruments in many genres (rock, pop, jazz) professionally for years. I teach piano with a book I wrote myself. With this book I wrote especially for children, children learn to read notes and play the piano with solid foundations. I have prepared more than 300 students for the ABRSM flute and piano exams. We have done good work with hundreds of students over the years. You can be one of them. Also, maybe you can help me learn Dutch. We can exchange Dutch education in exchange for music education.

I hold a Diploma with Distinction from the ARSM and have been won in several prestigious national and international competitions, including Galway flute festival, British Flute society competition for three years. I enjoy teaching both harp and flute at my studio in Worthing and also offer lessons online. I studied at The Royal Academy of Music, London graduating with a first-class Master's degree and an LRAM music teaching qualification. Learning an instrument is a very rewarding and enjoyable experience and I teach students of all ages and abilities from complete beginner to advanced levels. Music theory will be integrated into the lessons and you will have the opportunity to take part in performances and work towards graded exams if you wish to do so or just play for fun!
