EduardoSaxophone, Clarinet, Piano and Music Theory classes taught by graduates in Music Performance
I am a graduate in Bachelor´s Jazz & Modern Music Performance at the Conservatori Superior de Música del Liceu in Barcelona (Spain). I am offering physical and online lessons in Music Theory (harmony, composition, solfège ...), Improvisation and Instrument (Saxophone, Clarinet and Piano). Lessons are addressed to every student profile, regardless of age, level of expectations (no matter if it is seen as a hobby or rather if the individual is getting prepared for official Conservatory auditions, etc.). We will play and / or focus on what the student wants / needs to go deep in (whatever music style of his / her interest, more theoretical aspects or rather practical ones), trying to obtain the maximum profit from the employed time, and placing as our priority the actual learning of the person as the main factor for her / his motivation.
SebastianoLearn to Play (Jazz) Saxophone! Highly-personalized lessons that focus on the student's individual progress
Hello fellow musician! Have you ever dreamed of becoming a saxophone player? Wheter you are trying to become a jazz improviser, or you have just started familiarizing with the instrument, I can teach you how to: - be able to produce a beutiful sound; - use music theory as a practical way to play correctly over changes; - maximize the outcome of your practice-time; - master the technique on your horn. As a student, I often found myself struggling with resolving a particular set of problems. I would often be confronted with higher-levelled players, wondering whether I would ever be able to express myself as they did through their music. Having been studying this music for many years, I experimented with a lot of different learning methods, only to find out that music improvisation is something that is mainly learned in a very personal, differentiated way. One of the most interesting things I experienced as an educator, when confronted with students who shared my own past insecurities, doubts, questions, and struggles, was getting to understand a part of the person in front of me; and to find a way in which they would finally be able to grasp and internalize a theoretical concept that could then enable them to formulate a more coherent musical idea. Even if every student is a unique individual, thus responding to different educational methods, I think that, over time, I was able to identify a red line around which I could create a method that can be beneficial to the majority of aspirational players. For the past few years, I have been giving private instrument lessons to jazz players with varied backgrounds and experience. My educative career consists of a traditional classical, MA in classical saxophone (Conservatorio G. B. Martini, Bologna), a BA in jazz saxophone (ibid.), and a BA in jazz saxophone called New York Jazz Bachelor at the Prins Claus Conservatorium Groningen which I am currently busy with.

NickHow to play saxophone and the art of improvisation Groningen
I think of me as social musician. I mostly like to play sharing music with others. My first priority goes to having an interesting/charming/ resonant full sound. Then i work on how to connect your inner ear ability so that u can play as simple as possible in a way that u can hear it before you are getting to play it on saxophone. But i am also teaching how to play simply in a way that makes enough sense through several understandings related to ways that improvised music have used before. I a mostly an alto player but i can teach to any other sort of saxophone like tenor ,soprano etc. My sound , technique and lessons are mostly coming from jazz music(blues, swing , mostly american music of 20s-60s) I assign homework after every lesson about the technique of the saxophone but also the possible tools of improvisation in music.

It is directly connected with the soul and becomes the audible expression of it. It converts the invisible into visible, creates new sounds and colors, transforms emotion into music. The voice is a tool to discover, subject to continuous evolution and expansion; expansion that goes beyond our imaginable limits."
