I offer ballet and contemporary dance classes for children, teenagers, and adults — from beginners to advanced dancers.
My teaching combines the precision of classical ballet with the freedom, musicality, and fluidity of contemporary dance. Technique, body awareness, and artistic expression are equally important in my classes.
I aim to create a safe and inspiring space where each student can develop confidence, discover their own movement quality, and grow both physically and creatively. In addition to technical training, I also incorporate improvisation, floorwork, stretching, and choreographic exploration.
With international stage experience in Europe and Japan, I bring both professional structure and creative openness to my teaching.
I look forward to exploring movement and developing individual goals together.

子どもから大人まで、初心者から上級者までを対象に、クラシックバレエおよびコンテンポラリーダンスのレッスンを行っています。
私のレッスンでは、クラシックバレエの正確さと基礎力に加え、コンテンポラリーならではの自由さや音楽性、流動性を大切にしています。テクニックだけでなく、身体への気づきや表現力も同じように重視しています。
安心して挑戦できる空間づくりを心がけ、一人ひとりが自分の身体と向き合い、自分らしい動きを見つけられるようサポートします。テクニックトレーニングに加え、即興やフロアワーク、ストレッチ、振付的な課題にも取り組みます。
ヨーロッパと日本での舞台経験を活かし、プロフェッショナルな視点と創造的な柔軟さの両方を大切に指導しています。
一緒に身体を通して新しい可能性を探っていけることを楽しみにしています。

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
For ballet classes, please bring ballet shoes or non-slip socks.
A yoga mat is recommended for stretching or floorwork sessions.
