The difference and the combination of flexibility and stretching are the key to achieve strength and flexible muscles. We can work personally, depending on what you would like to improve with your body.
Learn how to improve your mobility and muscle flexibility. You can get private lessons where I’m going to teach how to be flexible as a dancer or just to get the flexible position that you want to achieve. Through breathing and professional stretching techniques you can learn how to use your body in a healthier way. Available in English and spanish.
