Pablo is a fantastic teacher; he made it really easy to get started with drumming with no experience by ensuring my basics were good. He also kept pushing me to my fullest with each class and this has resulted in me getting exponentially better within a matter of days.
Great individual to learn from!
Pablo is really a patient and mild teacher with high tech in playing drums.
Pablo is a great teacher! I have no previous experience, and he let me focus on feeling with the rhythm & music first and worry less about others, which is very beginner-friendly. If you also want to learn but haven't started yet, I highly recommend giving it a try with Pablo :))
Pablo is a great teacher! I began taking drum lessons again after a 8 year break from playing and Pablo has really helped me to get back my passion for drums while cleaning out some old bad habits. He has structured lessons which he tailors to my individual flaws and desires which is really appreciated. He's a down to earth guy, really easy to communicate (Fantastic English) with and organise lessons, even with last minute changes driven by my calendar. I really like his overall approach to drums, the tips and tricks I'm picking up from him are things you won't necessarily pick up by practising alone or reading a book/youtube etc. He focuses on reading music, different playing techniques and playing things which give you enjoyment. For someone who already plays drums and is looking to improve and have fun a long the way, I really couldn't recommend Pablo more!

Gosse
Piano lessons according to the principle: the best and fastest way to Rome!
Do you want to teach (electric) piano, keyboard or synthesizer? Then you have come to the right place! Gosse (1989) has been giving piano lessons for more than 10 years and we are proud to announce that almost all students who start the lessons actually continue. The lessons are primarily focused on fun and development. He knows from experience that the most important ingredients for learning to play the piano as effectively as possible are: 1: The pleasure of playing The fun is increased by learning to play numbers that the student experiences as beautiful or fun and that bring the right degree of challenge. Gosse mainly specializes in Pop, Soul, R&B, Hip-Hop, Jazz, Funk, Bossa-nova, Latin and Light classical styles. Learn to play your favorite songs! 2: Learning in the way that best suits the student There are three different ways in which someone can learn to play the piano: sheet music, by ear and (the relatively new way) through software programs such as Synthesia. The correct method differs from person to person. 3: Knowing the music theory / shortcuts The three ways you can learn to play the piano described above help you press the right keys at the right time. But it can be easier. Namely by knowing the underlying music theory and / or the shortcuts! Gosse also teaches music production (songwriting and producing). He is most specialized in the Logic Pro and Ableton studio programs. He also helps vocalists who want to accompany themselves on the piano. Feel free to contact us for a trial lesson, for a more detailed version of the above 3 points or if you want to know more!

Toby
Drum lessons in city of Amsterdam, all ages and abilities.
My name is Toby. I am offering drum lessons to people of any age or skill level in the city of Amsterdam. I have played and loved the drums since I was 6 years old, and completed grades 1-8 with Trinity Guildhall. I was taught for 12 years in England, and I aim to pass on what I have learned from my education and playing experience to new students. I believe that good technique must be practiced in order to access the range of musical expression possible with the drums. I aim to teach it comprehensively and practice it with students rigorously, so that they can develop their creative vocabulary and ultimately apply this to their own practice and playing. Learning how to listen is essential to playing an instrument. I aim to develop students’ listening and ability to play with sensitivity and feeling, something that is essential when playing with other musicians. I ultimately want to inspire students to make music. I consider this the most thrilling and creative reason to learn an instrument. Sessions will be in English, and held at a hired practice space in the city. If you are interested in a session please do get in touch, I would love to hear from you and get started!

Piano lessons - music theory and harmony - for any level
I teach for all levels, from children starting from zero to students who want to prepare certifications at the Conservatories, passing through amateurs or simply curious of any age. I firmly believe in the importance of knowing how to read music and this is exactly what I teach first, obviously adapting the method to the age of my students: knowing how to read music is knowing one more language, which, if learned well, won’t ever be forgotten (like riding a bicycle!) and it is an invaluable wealth. Starting from that point I teach the position of the hand, the arm and the whole body at the piano, the fundamentals of the piano technique (giving great importance to the percussive movement of the finger and the distribution of weight), the understanding of musical language, the expression of the personality through the keyboard, the search for touch and knowledge of piano repertoire.

Lydia
Piano Lessons in Classical and Contemporary Styles for Beginning-Advanced Levels (ages 6 and up)
I am a professional pianist offering private piano and theory lessons to students of all levels. As a pianist with 14 years of teaching experience and over 23 years of playing, I enjoy motivating my students with music of their own preferred style and interest, whether that be classical or contemporary. My main goal is to promote a positive experience and love for music-making during the course of learning piano. If the student is interested in a more serious approach, I can also guide preparation for grades 1-8 of the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) exams. I also have successful experience preparing students for conservatory entrance auditions and for various competitions. Recently, my students have achieved the highest marks in the ABRSM exams as well as prizes in competitions. We also have a class concert for interested students twice per year. I am happy working in both a relaxed and serious approach, we simply need to discuss the objectives of the student. My own studies are as follows: I have obtained two postgraduate degrees at the Royal Conservatory of Antwerp: "Concertsoloist" in Piano Performance and "Chamber Music." Prior to this, I received my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Piano Performance/Music from the University of Minnesota and TCU-Fort Worth, TX, USA. My experience includes collaboration with many different instrumentalists and singers, performing as a soloist in orchestra (also as a harpist), and receiving top prizes in several competitions. While maintaining my performance and recording career in Belgium at present, I am developing my private music studio and look forward to meeting new students.
